Absolutely loved our stay, cannot recommend enough and I will definitely go back. I stayed here for one night with my sister and son, excellent location. We were lucky enough to be there when they had entertainment on, it was brilliant, one of my best nights ever. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond, Gill and Reece especially. Gill s sense of humour and friendliness made me feel at home straight away. Reece was an absolute gentleman, nothing was too much trouble and so very friendly. Hope your boss appreciates you.

Before we arrived, I let the hotel know that this was my 10 year old daughter's first ever hotel stay.||We were given such a warm welcome, it meant the world to us both. I am a very anxious traveller and it says a LOT that I felt totally safe the whole time we were enjoying our stay. ||Every member of staff we spoke to (including cleaners and the breakfast server) made us feel so welcome and at home. I wish I'd got names so I could thank people individually but there were at least 8 people working at the hotel who went out of their way to have a lovely conversation with us. Management take note: your team did you so proud and are PRICELESS. ||My daughter now has a taste for this lifestyle...God help me! 😁😁😁

Great little single room. Lovely and warm and great pressure in the shower with shower gel etc. plenty of tea and coffee.
The staff in the restaurant were really great explaining everything and clearing your plates whilst going to the buffet. Food which was included in the price for my stay was excellent. Proper toasters at breakfast too. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely 1 night stay here. The room was spacious, immaculately cleaned and a perfect temperature.The hotel was clean snd great facilities. The bar areas were relaxing with reasonable prices. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool was enjoyed by my children. We hope to return 😊

Fantastic stay Fri - Mon with our 3yr old granddaughter. We stayed in room 24 very nice and big enough. The food was lovely and our granddaughter loved the evening entertainment on Friday and Saturday. The childrens entertainment was great. We tried the pool that went down a treat and pool towels are provided. The food in the coffee lounge was lovey. The chicken pizza was delicious. The staff where very friendly. We will return again. The actress Sherrie Hewson was staying with her grandchildren whilst we was visiting and they looked after my little Autumn at night time playing with her. A really down to earth family. Brilliant break.

We recently stayed as a family of 3. The hotel has a playroom, art and crafts room, pool and entertainment so it's brilliant for kids. The playroom could do with updating as there isn't much to it. My 2 year old loved the entertainment on an evening and the bar children's menu and breakfast were good. Only downside for me is that there was no vegan food on the bar menu at all, so I had crisps for tea 😂 The room was nice; clean and well maintained.

A great family vibe hotel really handy for the centre of St Annes, or the beach -it is on the prom. Friendly helpful staff who treat everyone like they are long lost family. The swim pool is nice, but the changing rooms are feeling a bit tired, having said that they are currently re-furbishing the coffee shop so it may be next. The main areas are always tip top with chatty maintenance team always buzzing about and decorators vans often in the car park keeping rooms updated.

We had an absolutely amazing stay for New Years Eve/Day on our 3 night break.. It's exactly what we wanted and you catered for everyone and everything. The hotel has such a good feel, family feel. Josie deserves a medal for entertaining all of those children. The staff were fabulous especially a young waiter/barman who worked NYE and Day sorry I didn't get his name but he was organizing the balloons and party props for NYE. The kitchen staff were very friendly and enjoyed having a joke and the food was delicious.Everything about our stay was fantastic and we are gutted it's all over. Our 11th year old said it's the best hotel and stay she's had in England. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Thank you.
