This was the best hotel experience I have had, and have been in many 4 and 5 star hotels for work and private. People at the reception are so kind and welcoming, smiling, gave me an upgraded room without asking. People at the bar as well, so lovely and decent, same as in the restaurant. You will feel like a princess or a Prince 🙂 Rooms are beautiful, big and very clean and that is the most important for me. Also have everything you need, from coffee and coffee machines to bathroom staff. Enjoyed there, but people are what got me the most, honestly! |Marija

This heritage hotel, Indian inspired, had a unique ambience. We stayed for four nights. We found the room not overly spacious but well-appointed, comfortable with quality amenities. There was also plenty of bottled water. The bed was very comfortable and the room super quiet. The buffet breakfast provided a good range of foods (including many Indian options), however at peak times it was very overcrowded and there was a long wait. One of the downsides that only one lift was working. This often made the wait very unnecessary. ||Generally staff were helpful. Interestingly, I asked the concierge about some tours and he told me he didn’t know anything about tours!! However another staff member was very helpful assisting with a very early checkout and car transport to Heathrow. ||The location was great, close to major attractions (Buckingham Palace and the metro etc). ||We paid around $600AUS per night, therefore even though I know London is expensive, I would have expected more from our stay. (Lift, overcrowding etc) Overall I am not sure I would rate this as a luxury hotel. However when we return to London, due to its location, we would consider staying here again, if there are no other more suitable options.

Exceptional hospitality in London, felt as if it were home away from home. All staff are so kind and polite. I miss Ibad the cutting tea man who served us at the breakfast. The room was serviced daily to perfection. Indian cum western breakfast is top notch and staff does an excellent job during morning hours. ||||However it aggrieved me to see many Indian guests staying here, behave atrociously with the staff. Guys, have some basic decency, towards hotel employees and fellow guests. As a nation we don’t have etiquettes especially the rich moneyed class. Total boors and snobs.

I recently stayed at St. James' Court, with my wife, brother-in-law and his wife to for a joint celebration for my ruby wedding and also to celebrate the 70th birthday my brother-in-law 70th birthday. I have experienced top-end hotels on previous business trips to India and want my to share something of the experience with my friends. We were not disappointed with the experience.||It is not only a building that makes any experience memorable but it is the people. The courtesy and friendly professionalism we experienced from all of your employees was first class and made for a memorable experience.

St James Court in London is a luxurious and a very well located hotel in the city.
Check in was quick, though our rooms were not ready until 4 pm. We were told the hotel was fully occupied.
The rooms are typically sized for London. But the rooms have been recently renovated and the bathrooms are plush too.
The hotel has a fantastic spa and wet areas and gym. We loved it.
The central atrium of the hotel is it's highlight.
Breakfast was spot on. Probably the best breakfast in London. Wide variety of options.
The staff at the hotel stand out for being very friendly .
