I know it was cheap for a family of 5 but cheap shouldn't mean bad quality. Stayed for 1 night as we were attending an event in Wembley. Room was large and clean but looked tired and old fashioned. We were out the front of the hotel and could hear cars all night and people's conversations and it was so light in the room. Mattresses were very hard and only 1 pillow supplied per person. There were cups and mugs and a fridge in the room but no actual tea/coffee or kettle! Shared bathroom fairly clean but lots of hair in plughole. Reception team friendly and helpful and WiFi worked well and close to tube and bus stops. I wouldn't stay here again and I wouldn't recommend unfortunately 😕

A Nightmare Stay- Unsafe, Unclean and Overpriced!
Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else!!

This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Upon checking in, the receptionist made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He stared at me in a way that was so unsettling, it felt less like I was checking into a hotel and more like I was being scrutinized by someone with no sense of professionalism or respect. I honestly felt like I was being treated like an object rather than a guest.

Things got even worse when he escorted me to my room. The entire time, I was in fear, and it was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even relax. I genuinely felt unsafe and like I was being put in a vulnerable position by someone who clearly had no business interacting with guests.

The room itself was beyond appalling. It was filthy, the carpet was stained, and the air reeked of mold and dampness. There were insects crawling around, and I actually saw a rat scurry across the floor. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, and there was hair on the towels – it was absolutely disgusting. I’ve stayed in hostels that were in better condition than this so-called "hotel."

To add insult to injury, they tried to charge me extra fees that weren’t disclosed during the booking process. When I tried to get an explanation, I was treated like I was the problem. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed more interested in scamming me than providing any form of service.

This place is not humane to even stay in. It’s more like a rundown, unsafe hostel than an actual hotel. The staff’s behavior was inappropriate, the conditions were filthy, and the overall experience left me feeling harassed, unsafe, and completely disrespected. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – not even for a single night. It’s a complete disgrace, and I will never, ever return.

We stayed for a week.
As rooms in London, it’s of great bargain. My husband had a broken leg and they put us on ground floor which is thoughtful.

Metro is just opposite snd a convenience store opens till 11pm.
Wifi is smooth even for zoom meetings.
Cups, glasses and towels are provided.
Shared bathroom is cleaned daily. To be fair, the condition depends on how other people use it. Hot water pressure is good.
My room is a non smoking room and it smells like cookies.
Bed is comfortable and clean.
Main entrance is accessed by card and no need to go through reception.

Communal kitchen and washing machine seems locked or power off. Seems nobody is using it.

For the price it was acceptable. Despite people say it is noisy due to the proximity of the hospital (ambulance traffic) but my room was in the rear of the building, therefore I didn't hear anything and slept straight from 2.15 pm to 3.00 am on the following day...
Clean
Tidy
Beds are old style but no noise neither it was shaking...
Staff OK...
All OK for the price we paid...

Absolutely disappointed! Really disaster! The worst experience ever! When I booked rooms (2) I had a deal and when we (me & my cousins) arrived to that location, receptionist try to change prices and everything was totally different than pictures... Is like a workers hostel, NOT hotel!!! 🤮😡🤮😡🤮😡

I stayed two nights at their place. I chose this hotel because it was quite close to the Royal Air Force Museum, which I wanted to visit. I didn't like the neighborhood, boring, dull, it is predominantly inhabited by Indians and as a result, most of the restaurants and shops in the area have an Indian profile. And I don't particularly like Indian food. Also, there are only 2-3 ordinary bars nearby.|The room was on the top floor, where you reached by a narrow and steep staircase. There is no elevator and I think it would have been quite difficult to go up with a heavy luggage. Quite noisy, the train passes nearby. Also, quite a lot of noise in the evening made by other customers (or a family that seemed to live on the first floor).|The cleanliness is relatively OK, but I found long hairs through the bedding. I have a bald haircut...During the stay there was no cleaning.|In the room there is a fridge (a big plus, I had a place to put some cold beers) and a TV (I didn't use it). You also have a sink in the room. Strange taps, separated for hot and cold water, arranged quite far from each other, so that it is impossible to balance the water temperature.|The shared bathroom is OK, quite clean.|You have bus and metro stations nearby.|Wi-fi worked very well.|The staff, OK (we interacted only at check-in and check-out).

Stayed here the weekend as had a concert, was very optimistic from reading previous reviews but the stay was actually no problem. Room was a great size, bedding etc was clean, room in itself was clean, mini fridge, TV, sink in room and table/chairs. Toilet very close and bath aswell as a communal kitchen to use. Got hot so gave us a fan for the room. Noisy on the roads but it's by a main road but you no that when going but still slept fine. Easy check in and out. Over from the station and underground a few minutes down the road. Shops all around. Was honestly an easy and pelasent stay, you get what you pay for and for the money in London it's a bargain!!

Absolutely atrocious! I booked this hotel for a short trip to London, hoping for a smooth, comfortable stay. I am currently battling stage IV cancer, so minimizing stress and hassle was my top priority. I even called the hotel in the afternoon to confirm our booking and check-in time, which was confirmed with no issues.

After a grueling four and a half hour drive, we arrived at the hotel around 11:30 p.m., only to be told by the receptionist that they had no record of our booking and were completely full. You can imagine our shock and desperation. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any kind of empathetic assistance, they proposed putting us up at another property down the road – but only after taking our payment, and failing to mention we'd have to switch rooms every night. This was beyond inconvenient, but desperate to make the best of a bad situation, we reluctantly agreed to check it out.

A staff member then rode with us to the other “hotel,” which looked like something straight out of a horror film. The building was rundown and gave off an air of complete neglect. When we finally got to our room, it was filthy – clearly uncleaned with a constantly beeping smoke alarm due to a dead battery. This made it impossible for us to sleep, let alone feel safe.

Returning to the original hotel, we explained that this arrangement was completely unacceptable. The staff at the front desk showed no accountability, offered a forced refund, and maintained a dismissive, unhelpful attitude throughout the process. To add insult to injury, they mistakenly double-charged us, leaving my card completely drained and forcing us to deal with even more stress and hardship in an already nightmarish scenario.

With Comic Con in town, I can only suspect they felt they could make more money on a last-minute rebooking, as our room had likely been taken from us despite our confirmed reservation. Their shocking lack of business ethics and compassion for their customers is beyond disgusting. If you’re looking for a place that values its guests and maintains even a basic level of professionalism, look elsewhere. This establishment is absolutely devoid of respect, accountability, or common decency.
