What a fantastic B&B! We had the most enjoyable stay at Stable Cottage. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast out of this world! Emma is a wonderful warm host with great local knowledge- she recommended a great cycle route which was a perfect way to see the beautiful surrounding countryside. Would highly recommend and will be back to visit soon!

Emma (and her husband and dogs!) couldn't have been more welcoming and thoughtful. From the home-cooked treats to the children's bedroom, the care and quality was exceptional. We appreciated the cycle-route advice and the delicious breakfasts. What a beautiful place to stay! Thank you

Emma is a superstar host, completely dedicated to giving her guests the best experience. Her house (and the surrounding area) is beautiful, rooms clean and homely, and food wholesome and hearty. We've stayed at Stable Cottage a few times now and will no doubt be back again soon.

We stayed at Stable Cottage for a single night, to attend a wedding in the village.||We were made to feel welcome from arrival to departure. Lovely comfortable bed, with shower room, and separate bathroom. Spoilt for choice the following morning with breakfast choices, served in a little private dining room.||||The B&B is in an excellent location for exploring the wider local area. Salisbury is a few miles, and easy drive to the north, Bournemouth and the coast less than a hour away, and the village is just outside the north western boundary of The New Forest.||||Recommended without hesitation

This was a great find, beautiful 16 th century cottage, in rural setting, with cottage garden , on a quiet lane.|Parking available.|Exceptional Hosts, 2 attic double bedrooms, with bathroom.|Exceptional food and drink provided, host thought of everything a traveller could possibly need for their comfort. ||Light breakfast, with cereals, home made bread, juices, jams ,fruit, etc etc.|We should have stayed longer instead of just using it for a first stopover after picking up hire car. Very helpful hosts, .....I wanted to see the New Forest and bluebells in the wood, and hosts were exceptional with advice, which we followed. |Host was a great cook and would have happily made us dinner or recommended places to eat. She also offered to make sandwiches for us when travelling the next day.|

I stay at Stable Cottage whenever I'm in the area and always look forward to the next trip. Emma is such a wonderful host and goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect - she also makes a cracking breakfast!

Hosted by a wonderful warm couple with a great attention to detail.||So easy going and attentive. 400 year old cottage on lovely country lane setting. Complete with some very friendly farm dogs. We will be back!
