These apartments are superb, location is perfect, apartments are spotless with everything you require, even a washer drier. Bed was the comfiest I have ever experienced in an hotel or any rental property. Kelly was really friendly and helpful and keeps the apartments immaculate. Definitely be back.

We were in apartment 2, overlooking a nightclub on one side and, apparently, a massage parlour on the other. We stayed two nights out of the four we booked because of the noise and lights. There are no blackout curtains which means the lights from the clubs and traffic flooded the room at night. The noise continued, including, inevitably loud street discussions from 2 or 3 am each morning between groups of men gathered below. It looked as if sex workers were present too. The place smelled mouldy and the front door lock to the building was unreliable. The arm chairs need to be replaced. the springs are broken. We needed the sleep after a long international trip so left early.

A very spacious apartment (3) on the first floor. Unfortunately overlooking the back of food takeaways and Wether spoons. Noisy in the morning, not any basic kitchen utensils. Springs could be felt through the mattress. Pillows were flat, white bathroom towels were grey! Stains on the chair in the bedroom. TV didn't work in the bedroom. Bathroom was really dirty and dusty.

Great apartments! We only stayed for one night but I wish we would have been there for longer just for the apartment. The bed was lovely and the apartment very big. It had a stove, fridge, coffee, tea kettle, everything you need. The location was awesome. Everything was nearby in a very short walking distance.

Pleasant uncomfortable… Amazing value for the price ||I read some of the other reviews having stayed here a few times and I think they are totally unjust… Yes it’s not the Hilton but it’s a pleasant little place which is private secure and with good food on your doorstep ||I’ve been working in Stafford quite a lot and I always use this place as it is cheap comfortable and clean ||Some of the reviews indicating pool levels of hygiene just simply are not true… The lady who cleans this must be very upset to read some of the comments made because they just simply aren’t true ||Some people expect the crown Plaza for a Travelodge budget, but this place is well worth the money and it’s home from home ||Everything in the apartment worked the bed was comfortable and the arrangements were very accommodating

Although initially worried when you see the exterior, there is no need to be concerned. ||||The interiors are clean and nicely designed. The lay out suited us perfectly, with us using both the bedroom and the sofa bed. This is easy to put away so didn’t take over the room during the day. ||||The facilities were great, with excellent wi-Fi throughout. All channels you could need are on the TVs. Having two of them also really suited our needs. ||||We had ground floor, flat 4. The only issue being that people can see you from the street. We just partially closed the blinds and the issue was resolved. ||||The bed was very comfy and the sofa bed was fine. We had one tiny issue, finding the bedding, and Kelly responded immediately even though it was quite late in the evening. Brilliant. ||||The location was wonderful with easy access to the town centre, taking just five minutes to walk to all the shops and the river. A huge supermarket is also just a few minutes away. ||||There was some noise at night, but not enough to be disturbed. It is a town centre! ||||Parking was a minor issue (I avoided the offer to park using Parking Eye owing to their horrendous reviews on trust pilot) but this was easily resolved. Friars Road opposite has some overnight parking - you need to move by the morning. Further up on Friars Terrace, there are some unrestricted Parking spaces. We were lucky enough to find one each time we needed one. So just investigate. ||||All in all I would totally recommend this place. ||||We will definitely come again, if we visit Stafford.

Overall the property was adequate for a 2 night stay for 2 adults and 2 children, on arrival the sofa bed wasn’t made up which I was more than happy to do myself but there were no sheets or anything to put onto the sofa bed only a duvet and pillows and also only 2 towels provided for the 4 off us, I called and left a message with the contact number given but did not return my call so I went over the road to the Tesco’s and brought towels and a duvet to put on top of the sofa bed. |The property was clean and decorated well, the double bed was very small but comfortable but the duvet cover was bobbling so needs to be replaced.|I was concerned it would be noisy in the evenings given the location but slept very well and no noice at all.

We arrived at Stafford Apartment number 6 and the apartment was absolutely filthy (see my pictures!), the bed had some stains which looked like bodily fluids, and the sofa and chair was so disgusting that we didn't dare sit on them. The bathroom was very narrow, no windows and smelt mouldy and damp. We contacted the management company but no response, so we had to quickly find a hotel to book into for the 2 nights we had organised. I was onto Booking.com straight after and to their credit, Booking.com was excellent and refunded all my money. I've read the other reviews here and I cannot understand why our apartment was so bad. The apartments are straight next door to a nightclub, and we were very dubious of what our apartment was used for being straight next to the club. Please note, we did not see any of the other apartments which could be amazing, but ours Number 6 was appalling. If you are offered Number 6, then AVOID it! I eventually found a room at the Holiday Inn Express, and it was cheaper that this apartment, and a heck of a lot cleaner!
