Vanessa, the host, is very friendly and most welcoming on arrival and departure. |We spent 2 very comfortable nights here. The heating was on to take the chill out of the air (October), and the shower was perfect! Plenty of tea, coffee and milk supplied along with a nice choice for breakfast.|We will be checking availability when we next come down South.

This quaint B&B is a pleasure to stay in, & it's not the first time we've stayed there. Vanessa, the owner, is one of the most helpful & friendly people you could come across. The setting is beautiful, the large duck pond is a joy to sit beside on a nice sunny day. You will not get a better breakfast anywhere. Security is fantastic. Parking is no problem (& free!). There a various rooms/chalets there & all have suited us fine. We would certainly return again (& again). If you want somewhere to stay in the area you will not find better value than Stantons Hall Farm.

We booked in here for a night last week and we really enjoyed our stay. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient with a great breakfast and a wonderful landlady.||It is a bed and breakfast and not a hotel, nor does it pretend to be otherwise. There are plenty places to eat in the evenings locally and wi-fi and a decent sized TV in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities should you not want to go out.||The car is safe as the electronic gates close in the evening and you are given a code to get back in .||We would certainly return!!!

We have just stayed for 4 nights here whilst attending Edenbridge and Oxted Show. Not our first time and hopefully not our last.|Vanessa is a fantastic hostess, more like a lifelong friend.|It's not The Crowne Plaza, but a homely place and is extremely comfortable in every way.|Lovely and clean, plenty hot water in the power shower, fabulous car park, very secure.|We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else, lots of places to eat locally.

Great ! I felt really at home! I stayed for nearly a month and enjoyed the privacy of my own room. It was most delightful going across to the farmhouse for breakfast where I almost I felt like a member of the family chatting to the other guests, the friendly owner Vanessa and charming Nick, If you get up early enough you can be amused by one of the ducks that waddles up to to the glass door from the pond demanding breakfast too! I was even given a pot of Marmite to bring back to Japan as a souvenir! A real home away from home!

Being a contractor I spend a lot of time in bed and breakfasts and I was not disappointed. Room is nice with a large TV, kettle, en suite etc. Breakfast was good and plentiful. |The car park is secured with an automatic gate which is reassuring and there is loads of parking.|All in all, a very nice place.

We stayed here because we were going to the LDS temple and to the Hever Castle. Little did I know that the temple has lodgings for patrons on the temple grounds.||The hostess was absolutely wonderful and everything was great. They made a lovely breakfast.||The reason for four out of five stars was because the bathroom stank something awful, but it actually isn’t very fair because we never talked to the host about it, and I’m sure they would have done something if we had.
