Came in on a Friday afternoon to a lovely atmosphere after having a stressful drive. Was served by a fantastic young lady called Aislin who went above and beyond to chat to me and offer a recommendation for my drink. As per her recommendation I tried the blond roast with vanilla syrup which I thoroughly enjoyed. I will definitely be returning to purchase again.

Love it here, stunning location next to Barton Marina & popular with drive thrus as on busy A38 Rd but always peaceful when we visit on a Sunday. We sit inside & watch the world go by. Cannot beat the coffee. Staff always friendly- served by Georgia who was lovely ?

I love Starbucks but this visit was a bit of a let down. The coffee wasn’t what I was expecting and they had forgotten the vanilla syrup as well. Its difficult to pull out off (and this is the reason I didn’t drive back to mention it when I found out) and also you have to break quite hard to get into the place as there is only a small entry way.

Staff are friendly but I had to repeat my order a few times which got annoying after the 2nd time. Store is clean and offers a drive thru as well as seating so you have some choice.

My favourite stop on the way to work. The staff here are so friendly, especially Craig who now knows me by name.

Asked for oat milk and repeated my order three times to be given normal milk. Asked if I wanted cream and I said yes I'm okay with normal cream, doesn't need to be vegan. Wasn't given any cream. The fact that I stated doesn't need to be vegan should register with the team I ordered an alternative milk. Very disappointing visit when I can't now have my drink. I only realised when driving when I could taste something was not right.

Also my reusable cup wasn't marked on the till or handed to the barista. If I hadn't of said anything it would of been left by the till.
