Very professional. I had many injuries, but she was really gentle and strong in all the right places. Also just very kind and communicative. It was a lovely warm cosy room and I felt so relaxed and in safe hands. Highly recommend Sarena 💗 thank you Starvita 🙏🌟

Dr Bo is very experienced and knowledgeable. She approaches symptoms holistically and treats appropriately. From checking my pulse, she identified that I was very weak in my kidney and lung. She treated me over 10 sessions with acupuncture and massage as well as feeding me food that would provide me with power for the healing. I also had back problems, for over a year and though she didn’t focus on that, my back pain has now gone. I thoroughly recommend her for treatment. I have traveled from Torquay to Bright over a period of 6 weeks for these treatments as I have found them so effective. A very satisfied customer, Chandra

It was my first facial ever and I loved it. Very relaxing and theraputical ~ exactly what I need it. The place have vibes of a Chinese family business which I actually enjed. Gives it originality and character. My therapist was Tina and she was soo good. She even massaged my arms and shoulders in between individual treatments which was very thoughtful and relaxing.

I'm not quite sure how this place are getting away with running a fake business. It's terrible! I booked a facial here & upon arrival I thought I was at the wrong place because this venue was a building site. The interior works hadn't been finished there was stuff on the floor I had to walk around etc. The actual 'spa room' was a make shift room so small you could hardly move in there, again with stuff everywhere & generally looked very unprofessional. Baring in mind I booked for a facial, I was told to remove all my clothes & lye down I reminded them that I'd booked a facial, not a massage but they insisted I got a 'free massage' with my facial. I was very confuses & the 'practitioner' doing my 'treatment' spoke no English so I couldn't communicate with her that this was all very strange & not what I was expecting. In short, what I actually received was an hour long massage with some very cheap face cleansing products & one of those £1 disposable face masks you get from savers LOL. This was not a facial & I won't be going back here. I'm going to report this company to Trading Standards because they're a scam. They offer Acupuncture which terrifies me! Are they even qualified to do Acupuncture I highly doubt it. They've clearly created tons of fake reviews to boost their rating on Google. They mention practitioners called 'Holly' & 'John' when it's actually 2 Asian women who hardly speak English. To top it off I could hear their children running around outside the treatment door throughout my 'facial'. It's basically a dodgy back street massage pop up the same as what you'd expect down a dindgey street in Thailand.

More than just a facial, a full zen, body experience. Bo is clearly an experienced professional in her field. Came out glowing and feeling so peaceful, will be coming back to try an acupuncture session with her 🙂
