We had a brilliant 10- day stay here as a family of 4 with 2 teenaged children. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Having 2 bathrooms meant it was easy to all get ready to go out. It was great to be able to cook some meals at the apartment and to have a lounge for some down time. The apartments are in a fantastic location and it was so easy to get around on the bus (2 minute walk), the tube (Northern line, 5 minute walk) and the overground ( 5 minute walk). We went on the overground one way to ABBA and the other way to Kew Gardens. Camden Markets are a few minutes walk away and there are loads of cafes, pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance, and a big Sainsburys across the road. It was interesting to watch the boats go through Camden Lock from the balcony. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Room designs are ok, locations are fine, located within quite a bustling area.
Reception was good, overall place was clean.
Room service is horrible, cleaners reported us for speaking another language because they thought we were mocking them, and we had to go through so many procedures to explain we were not. Barged in the door without knocking a few times, kept giving us random side eyes. They also kept dumping and rinsing their mops in the kitchen sink, as well as dumping the garbage can juice in the kitchen sink. It was a serious health hazard that way. The situation was reported once but they kept doing it after.

Love staying here. It was my 2nd extended stay. The neighborhood is alive and loud on the weekends but I never hear noise in my apartments it’s the best of both worlds

Reserved a 3 bed premium apartment for 2 week stay in December. My reservation experience was not what I expected. I asked for an apartment that was not with stairs as I had 3 small children. I was told they couldn’t tell me what type of apartment I would be given as they are allocated ‘closer to the time’. A week before the reservation I enquired again as I didn’t want to have to worry about 3 small children needing to be accompanied and watched 24/7 for safety reasons. Despite my request we were given an apartment with stairs (with slippery wooden flooring). The apartment we were given also did not look like the promotional pictures or video in terms of size. When asking reservations if the apartment that was assigned was smaller than what we had booked (the promotional video) I was told ‘I haven’t taken a measuring tape around each room to check’. Very unprofessional response when you’re actually paying more money for a larger space. We were also assigned an apartment in a block that is separate (about 2/3 mins walk) from the main reception building and where it would have been preferable to stay. For the price paid and the 2 months advanced booking, I would have hoped that my requests could have been accommodated. I’d still consider staying again if certainty can be given on the layout and location of the apartment.

Arrived late, security staff really welcoming, apartment fabulous with balcony overlooking the canal, bed comfy and added extras of coffee/tea/toiletries and fluffy towels amazing!|Great location, good transport services, bars and cinema nearby.

We had a good experience living in Stay Camden. The apartment was nice and spacious and has lot of power sockets for ease of use. The kitchen is well equipped with great utensils and appliances. There were however, few issues:
- We had leakage in the apartment which caused an issue for couple of days. Water was literally dripping from the ceiling.
- The water was abruptly stopped on a couple of occasions without prior information.
- The price charged seemed quite high considering all the factors, like location, house and facilities.
- Our house was very close to the london overground track, so there was a bit of sound, but nothing of much concern because of the double glazed windows.

Everything considered, it was a good stay.

Our stay at STAY Camden was outstanding. Our room was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a 9 day visit. The bus was right outside of our door and the Camden Tube Station was a 5 minute walk. We loved overlooking the beautiful Regents Canal and we were on the quieter side of Camden Market. We had a few friends over for dinner and had plenty of space to relax. The grocery store is a 5 minute walk and we cooked many of our meals in the apartment.
We always felt safe and the front desk staff was very helpful and always lovely to talk with. Bring earplugs for sleeping. This is important. There is a train that runs day and night that is near the building. Once I put the earplugs in, I barely heard it. This was definitely one of the best short term rentals that we have ever stayed in and I would recommend STAY Camden highly.

I had the best time at Stay Camden.
I stayed there for 6 months while working in London.

Everything was perfect from the room quality to the service. It felt like home and I will truly miss this place.

It is very well located in Camden, close to the tube station and also feels very safe (security at night etc...)

The room was modern, very clean and quiet.
The reception team is lovely and always available to support you.
