Stayed here on the off chance as needed to visit an old friend, I arrived very early and Tina did her best to get me checked in quickly which was extremely wonderful of her after I had a long drive. |The area and apartment were in excellent order and had everything I needed. Airy apartment and well presented, thanks again Tina and will be using Stay hotels in the future. Fabulous hospitality for me in Huddersfield

Absolutely avoid this accommodation! I checked in with my husband and son and at first glance it seemed decent. In less than an hour, all of our feet were black! The floor was absolutely filthy. In fairness to the staff, they did move us to another apartment upstairs which was cleaner but the noise from the main road was horrendous, even with the windows closed. Sirens, motorbikes and cars making a raquet til about 1am. |Also, the upstairs apartments are very hot. |The car park is tiny and really tricky to navigate as the entrance is so narrow. |I've stayed in much cheaper cleaner and nicer air bnbs. I would not stay here again, it's not even worth £60 a night, nevermind the £250 we paid for 2 nights. |So disappointed!!

Nice clean apartments. They very kindly bumped me up to a larger suite due to a minor issue with my first room. A mark of good service in my view. Very friendly too. LIDL within walking distance and a good view of a very lush golf course! Highly recommended.

Beware: Eight months after our booking was confirmed and paid for our reservation was cancelled by Stay Suites due to overbooking, leaving us stranded as all other accommodation in the area was fully booked by that time.

They made no attempt to find us alternative accommodation, and gave the impression that they thought this was normal and acceptable practice.

We would strongly advise you to avoid if you want to be sure your confirmed reservation will be honoured.

A good apartment which was close enough to walk to the stadium for Hella Mega. The telephone checkin process was efficient and staff were friendly. All information for getting in was accurate and provided in a timely manner.

Top Class Service and reception, from myself that has travelled all over UK for business and pleasure, I can confidently say this apartment is far above all in every dept , good continuity with staff reception all were really good Ellie , Tina and man I forgot on in evening Sunday possible , apartment well cleaned and more than enough cutlery etc , very comfortable bed and well kept building overall , kudos to the Management, definitely will be choosing again if in Huddersfield 👍
