My wife and i often stay over in hotels when we see Shows anywhere and usually hotel of choice would be a Premier inn . Indeed our original date for our show meant we were coming with friends and had booked a different hotel in town.However the date was changed and our friends couldn’t come. So we looked and found this place and wow it was great. Fantastic boutique room(Burlesque) with all amenities, free WiFi and free car park . We loved it here and this will be our place of choice when in Folkestone in future. Only very slight thing although the room was very warm with the radiator on , it may be nice to have a spare blanket as the duvet was a thin one which was fine as the room was warm throughout but sone people feel a chill at times especially during the night

When I arrived it was a lovely warm welcome from all the staff, they showed me to my room and explained everything, the room was a lovely size, was very clean and had tea and coffee marking facilities with enough to actually have a few drinks. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very powerful. The Roku box made it so I could attach my Spotify and play my music on guest mode so it would log me out, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The only downfall was they didn't have all the options on the menu for breakfast however, that was the only downside. It was very good value for money. ||I would 100% stay here again and hope to see how the other rooms are themed.

From the moment we walked in through the door we felt welcomed. Staff are extremely professional and friendly. A lovely family run business with that ethos evident throughout. We stayed in the burlesque room which was beautifully presented. We really loved our stay and wish we could have stayed for longer. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but the food was lovely and catered to the picky eaters. We will definitely be back. We loved it.

Rooms are nice, cozy and clean, the Greek style restaurant is amazing, location is great! All tips goes to absolutely fabulous service! Lucas and Alex are another level in greeting and looking after their guests! Thank you sooo much!

Accidentally found this online. Stayed for 1 night! Lucas greeted us in the car park, moved their car, carried our luggage inside and helped us with dinner plans - that was even before we entered the room! Exceptional customer service by Lucas and Alex and their team! 🤝 top guys ! Impressed!

Staff really helpful and welcoming. Room large and clean, but rather hot and airless unless you open the windows to the traffic noise (a fan was provided on request). Free parking a bonus and only 5 min walk to the Leas, 10 to town, Sainsbury's just over the road. Thought the breakfast was overpriced as they added tea / coffee on top and tbh it wasn't all that great for a restaurant.

If you’re looking for somewhere with a different look and a relaxed feel, then this place is worth trying out. ||As soon as we arrived the staff proved incredibly friendly and helpful and this continued right up to leaving. We took the Burlesque Room and found it comfortable and clean. I would have given the place 5 out of 5, except for the noise from a Christmas party in the restaurant below that ran until 11.30pm.

A warm welcome greeted us as we walked in and we had a really fabulous room. It was very clean and spacious. The staff are great and the room had plenty of coffee and biscuits. I guess the only down side is the limited parking but you know this when you book.
