Absolutely fantastic hotel. Clean and well maintained. Friendly and welcoming staff, always smiling and working hard. The room was perfect, large, clean, with a kitchen. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom had a nice large shower with plenty of hot water.
The breakfast was varied and very nice with an excellent cup of coffee.

The hotel doesn’t feel like it’s in the best area of the city but I never felt unsafe. Park at the B4 car park and you get a discount. It looks a bit soulless from the outside in a row of shops with blanked out windows but once inside and in reception on the 2nd floor it’s decent enough. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed (slightly amazingly so with fridge, microwave, hob, hood, dishwasher, full crockery/cutlery/knife block!). It had a desk too which was good as I needed to work. Bathroom is clean and well appointed although it’s one of those annoying showers with a fixed open screen so the floor gets soaking. Bed very comfortable too. The heating was confusing and in 2 days I didn’t get it sorted so was often cold. Wifi worked ok. All in all, pretty good. Oh, breakfast room totally soulless but the happy hour 6.30-7.30 on M/T/W was good.

The concept of "suites" is a new one to me, but it ticks all the boxes in a brilliantly central location. Good welcome at reception and no problem with checking in luggage early or checking out luggage late. Very helpful. Rooms with kitchen are well laid out, Bathroom particularly good with a proper watertight shower (showers in hotels are not always excellent in that respect). Spotless. Good breakfast, though I've tasted better orange juice. Really good value.

Really great location, good facilities and lovely staff. Clean with comfy beds and pillows, really good shower, free real coffee available all day and a great buffet breakfast. Very good value. Highly recommended.

This an excellent hotel to stay with.I have stayed here many times over the years since Covid. It is very clean and conveniently located. Each room is spacious and has its own integrated kitchen space with a induction hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, and dishwasher. The front desk staff are very helpful, especially Ali, Peace, Terry, Jo, and Nuria. There is a very good selection of breakfast, which you do not pay extra for. The breakfast staff are also very helpful and pleasant, especially Fran, Bianca and Angel. They will cook you eggs just the way you like it. I like my fried eggs and poached eggs runny and they cook them to perfection for me. ||On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays they put on a free social event for guests between 18:30 and 19:30. They provide wine, beer and other drinks along with dips and cheese and crackers. It is an excellent way to unwind. ||The gym has cycling, running and cross trainer machines. There as also weights, medicine balls and a lats pull down machine. ||Also, if you are staying for any length of time and want to do some laundry, they have a laundry room where you can use the washing machines and tumble dryers for free. Just supply your own washing powder. ||The best part? Its rates are comparable to other nearby hotels like the Holiday Inn and Hilton….only you get a much bigger room for your money.

Slogan "more a home than a hotel" isn't too far wrong. Nice room but why is the armchair facing the TV a single and not a double? Breakfasts excellent. One of the best buffets breakfasts we've had. One shortcoming - the lifts. One not working the others "hijacked" by cleaning staff in the mornings. Social evenings a great idea. We would return.

From start to finish the customer service was excellent .A special thank you to Terrance who was so welcoming.
The room was spotless and bed really comfortable. Plenty of sockets and space.
The location was fab and the breakfast perfect.
Will definitely be returning

Lovely room very comfortable. Breakfast lots of choice, food hot & well cooked. Central for the town and parking 5 minutes walk away at b4 parking. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Ali who was very helpful with directions etc.
