Staycity is my main choice for when I m need a short term apartment.
There’s everything you need here!
The staff are always friendly and the service is quick.
Quite a warm place especially if you are in a room on the 4th floor but there are air coolers!
The location was perfect for me since it is located around 10-20 walk from City Centre.
We stayed here for a day, then we decided to stay for another day…they upgraded our room to something completely nicer-without any extra charge!!
Overall, the price for the rooms are honestly reasonable.
Would recommend for anyone especially those with kids since some hotels have restrictions but this hotel are quite flexible for example they offer cots if needed.

Upon arrival we were met with the nicest, most helpful reception staff. We arrived early and we wanted to leave our bags into the luggage room, instead she looked to see was there a room available and gave us that one. She gave us directions to walk into the market and was so lovely and helpful. The rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfy. We have already decided we will be coming back next year and we will definitely be staying with yourselves. Thank you for a lovely stay, we really enjoyed it. See you next year.

I stayed for 5 days with my wife and child and this apartment was the best decision I made when planning my trip to Birmingham.

Positives

1. 10/10 customer services and the gentleman at the front desk (who assisted me with connecting my laptop to the TV at room 215) was both professional, knowledgable and respectful. This gentleman needs a raise (genuinely a good guy).

2. Rooms - 10/10 - I upgraded for a nominal amount of £120. Rooms are large and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge (small freezer), plenty of cutlery and pots and pans, glass cups etc) electric hob, dish washer - all is clean working order.

3. Laundry room - 10/10 dryer and washer - very cheap.

4. Parking - 10/10 - nominal fee you get to park in a spacious car park.

5. Location - close to several attractions and to many of the well known Halal restaurants (by drive).

Areas of improvement

The single complaint I have, and it is literally just one is that the rooms are not cleaned (hoovered or mopped) unless you book for 7 + days. My humble suggestion to the organisation is to change this as clean freaks (such as my Mrs) would have appreciated if the room was cleaned regularly. Although we very cheekily requested the cleaner to hoover the room
And he did so without complaint.

Overall, I would not only recommend this establishment but will definitely be booking for future stays with the family.

Really enjoyed our stay the apartment was clean and had everything. Location was perfect easy walk into the city centre. The staff were amazing and accommodating. The shower was amazing and the parking was reasonably priced at £17.50/day. I would highly recommend this for anyone including families to book. Value for money.

We had a one bedroom apartment and it had everything we wanted. The size of the room was good, very well equipped. There were provisions in reception if you wanted to purchase anything. Very clean. Basic tea and coffee in apartment but you can buy hot drinks from reception at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best time. Chris the manager,and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. Friendly clean great location. Lovely rooms ,food and atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

We booked this apartment for a family getaway over new years. The apartment was a great space for our family. We had two bedrooms & two bathrooms, A living space where we were able to make food and play games in the evening. The apartment building was central to town so easy to get around. The reception team were so helpful and really friendly and the apartment was really clean and tidy. We would stay again and happily recommend. |Thank you to all the Team @StayCity! 😀

Stayed for an event on New Year’s Eve, staff were polite, friendly & helpful. Busy area but no issues or noise, could do with a bigger tv with streaming options but didn’t effect our stay at all. Good breakfast in the morning too 🙂
