What an experience!||Why are we stopping in town overnight when we live less than six (6) miles from the city centre, you might ask? A change of scenery - we had initially booked one night, we did however extend this to two (2) as the jars did flow on night one and we enjoyed the room and therefore decided to stay.||Check-check-check-in. Easy peasy! Their desk-cum-counter is unusual, it's very modern and feels not to dissimilar of what you might encounter on the continent. Equally it felt like a Starbuck's with a check-in desk. Very approachable staff and issued us with our keycards, zero hassle.||The room; Decor - the yellow/black/white scheme was like stepping into a large magnolia bumble bee, rather fitting with Manchester's bee-themed symbolism. The room/ apartroom hosted a fully functioning kitchen, dining area, a dresser/desk, a television on an adjustable bracket which was convenient as I would have had to watch Kavanagh QC via my peripherals. The bed was four times lush, although it was at altitude and required a climb, it was large and the mattress was soft with additional headboard storage, lamps and socket(s) - the headboard also displayed an exotic pseudo-ambrotype featuring palm trees (pictured), delightful.||STREWTH! The bathroom was enormous. Only my elderly grandparents have ingress to an accessible wet-room as dense and as practical as this one. The downfall of such a vast landscape was the distance between door and toilet and the isolation I felt on the porcelain island. What was handy however, was the ability to perform a steady foxtrot whilst washing, zero limitations to performance space. ||The room was extremely spacious, light, well conditioned, and clean. This was by far the cleanest and best-smelling room I have stayed in (other than my own). Very little noise from outside, although I must draw concern for the chaps dragging new mattresses down the corridor at 8am, this would have been much quieter had they not been wrapped in polythene (and carried).||Concluding - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this as a hotel/aparthotels of choice. I THINK the room was around £70-80 per night and if you correctly utilise the facilities on offer, it is definitely worth the price. ||Stay apart! ?

Disgusting that this hotel is letting fighting aged men stay there for free, with 3 course meals and free phones. Staff working there have proper attitude problems as well and Women working there breaking gdpr rules and sure it's safe working with a bunch of men. So many homeless people in Manchester and they get it for free, just cause the government is giving the hotel money.

I came here to stay for one night for a gig. The location is perfect and the rooms were clean, open, bright and a great space to unwind.

When we arrived the reception staff looked devastated to see us walk in. I asked if I was in the right place and she just spoke to me like I was an idiot. She then took £100 deposit - I was not aware of this but luckily I had the buffer to afford this - and then took the full amount. She stopped us to check if we had booked breakfast "unfortunately you have not", gave me my key and went back to her game.

The room was amazing and we had a look around before getting changed and going out to explore. We came back, ordered food - which we had on plates provided in the room.

The pillows. If they gave us a yellow pages phone book it would have been more comfortable. If you only read one thing from this review, is bring your own pillows. They were both hard and thin which is no mean feat. We barely slept and grabbed the pillows from the sofa, which were also hard but less like we were being punished.

We stayed here for a few nights. It was perfect. The staff downstairs were very friendly and polite. Having a kitchenette and somewhere to sit was really nice. The kitchenette had everything you might need, from every cutlery item you can think of to pots and pans. There was even a dishwasher. The full size fridge was appreciated to.||||The shower was very good, could have stayed in there for hours.||||One day it rained and reception let me borrow an umbrella. Excellent service.||||We've booked for their St Peter's Square hotel for next year. Thank you for an excellent, worth every penny stay.

I had such a wonderful stay!!!

It was booked through work, so I didn’t really know what to expect, but from arrival to check-out I was looked after so well by all the staff.

It’s a lovely mix of hotel and apartment, with a kitchenette and amazing king size beds.

Special shout out to the wonderful Sharon, who whilst only being on her probation period, was so accommodating and helpful and just the smiliest face to see whenever I came back. No doubt she’ll pass her probation with flying colours and if you ever stay, make sure you say hello to her, as she really made my trip extra special.

I was in a room overlooking adjacent rooms so I asked to move, and they were absolutely happy to help me, and I got moved to a slightly smaller room but with the most incredible view of Manchester. I would 10000% stay again, for work or pleasure.

NOTE: If you want guests to stay, you have to let reception know at least 24 hours prior, but there’s no extra charge, so that’s good.

Needed a hotel so went in this hotel and was getting interrogated by security asking why I'm there so I'm replying that I need a room. Was very rude and explained it's closed. Turns out it is a MIGRANT HOTEL. What
