This cozy cafe inside a repurposed train carriage is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is charming and intimate, with the vintage feel of the train adding a special touch. Family came here after a big walk and we were looking for something tasty and filling. Steam cafe did not disappoint, we absolutely loved their Quesadillas and warm atmosphere on a cold bright day. If you’re looking for a nice spot for lunch near Corfe castle, this is the place to go!

Me and my wife absolute loved the Steam Cafe.

It had such a lovely atmosphere in a unique setting. The staff were very friendly and chatty, which is always nice.

We had the cream tea which was really well priced.

I would highly recommend a visit.

A perfect place to sit and watch the trains steam past. A tasty bacon roll followed by delicious apple pie. Friendly staff. A railway carriage with outdoor seating. Thank you Steam Cafe.

Sadly the coffee wasn’t too good. The milk had boiled so left a scum on the coffee and a burnt flavour. The location was fabulous right next to the railway and the food menu looked good.
