Had an eyebrow appointment but had woken up with a stiff neck and shoulder. Stephanie managed to fit me in for a massage at the last minute which helped ease off a lot of the pain. Really grateful for the treatment and comforting my little one who woke up a few times during my appointment.

Yesterday, I a fantastic massage from Stephanie. I had a sports injury in my back, so Stephanie spent time on the injured muscle. After the massage I felt relieved of the pain and today I have woken up much fresher, for the first time in weeks I have been able to stretch my back out with little/no pain!

I would highly recommend! The massage room was kept immaculately clean and it is a very cosy setting, perfect for those cold winter months.

I had the ‘muscle melt’ treatment with Stephanie and could not recommend it more. A very similar end result as a sports massage but 100x more relaxing. As I spend a lot of time behind the computer I particularly appreciate the attention on my forearms and neck - something I would never think about otherwise!
