We had the Steilow pizza truck at our rehearsal dinner the evening before our son’s wedding at Guardswell Farm for about 40 people. They set up on the gravel drive with their awning and then produced the most delicious fresh pizzas for 2 solid hours. We made salads and served drinks so it all worked very well and took a lot of stress from us. So so many compliments rolled in. They were pleasant, meticulous with every dietary requirement and unobtrusive. Brilliant. Highly recommend.

Lewis was so easy to work with and willing to give us options for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan friends. We hired Stielow to cater for a group of 50 people the night before our wedding as we welcomed friends and family from out of town. They were on time, kind, patient, and made fantastic pizzas. I will absolutely hire them again in the future and recommend them without reservation!
