Exceptional host made us very welcome kept in contact before arrival. Room clean bright and welcoming little extras were provided toothbrush/paste usual soap/shower gel etc, tea and coffee available with snacks including cereals ready for breakfast or supper host even offered to make something to eat on arrival that evening. Easy to find farm very quiet pub 5 min walk end of farm Lane. Lovely watching the sheep below us and views around. Breakfast absolutely on time we chose our time hot tasty filling orange juice pot coffee full English toast and jam and cereals. Only one gripe we prefer firm mattress the bed was high no struggle to get in or out but very soft personal preference. We would have awarded 11/10 had mattress been firmer. Also room on 1st floor of outbuilding but very well lit parking right outside and host extremely trusting we left cash next morning in our room without host checking.

We had an amazing stay here recently as we needed to stay somewhere local to attend a wedding at Curradine Barns as bridesmaids. Anna has been amazing since day one of our booking and very helpful such as arranging our taxi's for us and she kindly gave us a lift to the venue in the morning to collect our belongings from the day before. The room was very spacious, clean and cosy. It was perfect and had everything we needed after a long day of being bridesmaids! In the morning Anna kindly made us breakfast with plenty of lovely options to choose from and the food was superb! Anna was very welcoming and really went the extra mile for us especially travelling from Lincoln we really appreciate the extra effort she put in for us as it meant a lot to us! I really recommend this B&B stay as it was lovely. I wish I lived closer as we would love to stay here again!

Could not recommend more!
We had a lovely stay last night,the hosts were more than welcoming, the whole family were actually. They couldn't do enough for us, the room was lovely. The bed was really comfy and the whole place was spotless. Breakfast in the morning was delivered to the door by a lovely lady and was 10/10, we didn't eat for the rest of the day, the location is beautiful and easy to find. Really pleased with the whole day and will be back 🙂

We met the whole family who made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast delivered by basket was great. Anna had made us a home-made fruit cake which was a lovely touch. We even met the 1 day old lambs and got to bottle-feed them the next morning. Great stay.

My husband and I visited this weekend as we were at a wedding at the Curradine Barns. It's ideally located, only about 1 miles away. The room was very big, with a sofa and dining area. Breakfast was served to our room by a very friendly lady called Naomi. The breakfast was amazing! It was very nice to literally fall out of bed and eat breakfast! ||I would definitely recommend this B&B and would definitely visit again. My old criticsm, of I'm being very fussy is that the mattress needs replacing, you can feel a few springs but please don't let this put you off!||Good value for money and very friendly hosts! Thank you!

Had a lovely stay, wish we booked earlier to stay longer! Peaceful and relaxing, food & drink a few mins walk down lane. Very clean and nicely decorated. Shower was wonderful and powerful.

The whole experience was unusual to be honest. The room was gorgeous, lovely and clean. But it was marred by the cranky old man who just stared at you from the conservatory. The breakfast was brilliant, delivered by a lovely lady who was obviously in a hurry, so no chat. No white sugar for the cereals and only full cream milk, which was in the fridge. So I had to forgo my morning cup of tea. But beautiful location and views. Not good if you’re tall as there are sloping ceilings.

A last min booking, arrived after 8.30pm to friendly welcome shown to room , lovely clean & tidy , spacious comfy , sofas table & chairs , breakfast cereals in basket on side with mini fridge full of yogurt's , milk & fresh orange juice in it , tea &coffee making facilities , hot choc , Horlicks & biscuits inc . Owner asked about breakfast & would knock on around 9am , which she did , we chose full English which was delivered to our room 15 mins later , which was very nice. , only downside was lady who brought breakfast said ( you still ok to check out at 10) which we did but wasn't Advised on arrival. Went to local pub 5 mins away which was friendly, evening meals are served till around 9pm but we didn't require food , apparently there's a walk which is a blue bell wood not far from here and gets very busy in summer, can not remember name of pub but definitely worth a visit|Would go back here but would of liked a little longer after breakfast to enjoy the lovely views
