Amy and her team at Stour Valley Catering catered for our wedding and provided the bar service at Preston Priory Barn. The canapés and paella were exceptional. We were looked after well and greeted with a smile each time. They also organised the drinks, helped us with our wedding cake and set the tables beautifully. Amy is so much more than a caterer. Stour Valley Catering catered at our wedding in May 2022 at Preston Priory Barn and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

From the initial meeting we had with Amy, my partner and I felt reassured that the team could cater to our exact requirements. Amy's proactivity and organised manner were hugely appreciated and nothing was ever too much trouble.

On the day, the team were polite and offered all of our guests great service. We had so many compliments on the food too!

I thank our lucky stars that Amy was able to cater our wedding. She's professional, communicative, offers a fantastic and tasty selection of food, brilliant value for money, and we had complete confidence in her from the first email.

We were blown away at the tasting - where she offered us a variety of canapes, and multiple starter, main course and desert options. Also what a lovely spot to have the tasting in the train carriage!

Amy was able to accommodate a number of dietary requirements - vegan, coeliacs, unique allergies - without any bother and offered my husband and I really valuable advice on things like timings, table sizings, cake cutting.

In the run up to the big day, she was professional and calm, even when we sprung last minute changes on her. She took away all any stress I felt about last minute adjustments.

Her team - including Lorna, who helped co-ordinate everyone at the front while Amy was working behind the scenes on the wedding day - were fantastic.

The food itself was incredible. We received so many compliments on the canapes, the mains - both meat and veggie - and the pudding. We went for the mushroom tart and slow roasted lamb and would highly recommend! It really was delicious and beautifully presented.

On top of that, Stour Valley looked after the crockery, linens and serving the alcohol throughout the night.

We had an absolutely magical wedding day, which would not have been possible without Amy. We'd definitely book her again

Stour Valley catered our wedding recently and our guests raved about the canepes! We'd picked the chef's choice and they did such a great job. We really like that we could offer our guests a fairly diverse food selection when it came to their main meals. Plus the trio of desserts was perfect for our guests as we skipped the traditional cake. Lovely to work with Amy and her team.

Stour Valley Catering did the food & drinks at our wedding in August and we cannot recommend them enough. The food was spectacular and catered for a wide range of dietary requirements, and they even provided a last minute pudding for all at super late notice the day before after our cake fell through! We hired Stour Valley Catering to run the bar at our wedding in September. Communication was excellent. The outside bar looked great at the reception and the bar was set up, run and cleared away smoothly by the great team who looked after it. We would definitely recommend them.
