Room was dirty and smelt of cigarettes…..even though it was supposed to be non smoking. Duvet cover was stained and toilet had not been flushed. Needless to say we didn’t stay here for more than 2 minutes and are still fighting for a refund. Would not recommend this at all.

Unpleasant all round. Feels like university halls more than a hotel. Room was pokey, furniture was noisy and creaky and banister was just plain unsafe Entire place too noisy to sleep. Car park is a joke. Would never return. Wiring looked awfully unsafe hanging from the polystyrene ceiling.

Disappointing Experience on New Year's Eve

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay on New Year's Eve at this property. The issues started right from the moment I opened the door to my room— the door handle nearly came off in my hand. The room's cleanliness was subpar, with hairs in the sink, stained walls, and noticeable dust throughout.

Given the unacceptable condition of the room, I spent approximately one hour finding an alternative hotel for the night. This unexpected inconvenience significantly impacted what should have been a pleasant New Year's Eve celebration.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. The lack of maintenance and cleanliness standards detracted from the overall quality of my stay.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement.

There are no staff present but that's fine . Everything is communicated online and works well . I find the place good value and good central location in town .

Avoid . Lights didn't work water all over the floor from a leak . Property wasn't cleaned and checked properly before . Nicky and team services were awful.
