The star of the stay at Strozzi Palace Suites in Cheltenham was undoubtedly the manager of the Suites, Roy Diamanté. He was simply the most helpful, professional, friendly, approachable, gentle and wonderful person you could hope for to oversee your stay. I cannot thank nor praise him enough! |The overall experience was one of luxury, comfort and 5 star service. The Suite (Tuscany) was spotless, so warm, very comfortable - and had personal touches such as refreshments left for my arrival, superbly warm towels and bathrobe, Temple Spa products, stylish furnishings, crisp clean bed linen. Daily housekeeping too.|Everything was as described, if not far better, on the website.|In addition, the level of service from the bookings team prior to my stay was faultless.|I cannot recommend this company and this property highly enough.|Also it was very very convenient for bus station and the centre of Cheltenham

Overall good value. Stayed in Tuscany suite. Huge bed with very firm base. Suited my bad back but was too firm for my partner. The living area could do with a more comfy sofa but quality of fixtures and fittings was good, if a little tired. Location is great and having the parking space (extra cost) was ideal for us. Nice bathroom. Efficient communication and early check in was not an issue which was really useful.

Outstanding accommodation! 5 minutes from the center of Cheltenham. If parking is booked up, there is plenty of street parking immediately outside and on the adjoining streets.

The apartment had a high end finish, with the most comfortable bed ever! Security is amazing.

Can't wait to try other accommodation with this company.

Staying at the Strozzi Palace is always a pleasure. The pre arrival and in house support is top notch. The apartment is spotless on arrival with extra considerations like a pint of milk, and the heating on when it’s cold. When I arrive the greeting is personal, and I’m looked after so well, from booking a taxi to dealing with requests or sorting minor issues. The service is incredibly high standard (equivalent to a 5 star hotel!). Fantastic place to stay.

We have just returned from a Fabulous 3 night stay in the Napoli Suite at the Strozzi Palace. Everything from the booking direct process, communication and the warm and welcoming greeting on arrival from the Lovely Ray - who couldn't do enough for you was first rate🌟. The suite was decorated/equipped to a high-end contemporary finish, with everything you could want and more for a really comfortable stay. Included was an inviting and well stocked hospitality tray, with fresh milk & orange in the fridge, biscuits, cereals. Bathrobes, slippers and Temple Spa toiletries just elevate it even more 😁 The location is so convenient to the centre of Cheltenham, shops & restaurants are close-by. We recommend the "Boston Tea Party" for a great breakfast or coffee, snacks etc, also don't miss the "Muse" restaurant for fabulous food - you will not be disapointed! They offer lunch & dinner (Sunday lunch roast is so good) 😋. Both restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the Strozzi. We also pre-booked our parking with the Strozzi, the car park is just behind the hotel, there is also paid on-street parking outside the hotel. To sum up our weekend, it could not have gone better, we "Loved" the Strozzi Palace and would have no hesitation in recommending it. We are looking forward to our next stay. A special shout out to Ray, who made the experience that more special, he was so helpful and charming. Looking forward to seeing you again Ray 😘♥️

Tuscany suite was very comfortable with everything we needed and good valie. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. The welcome pack was useful and Roy was friendly and helpful in reception. Great central location with straightforward self check-in. The only thing we mention to Roy is that we felt it's time to provide a new mattress.

Very friendly welcome and clean and well appointed room. Excellent location in the centre of Cheltenham close to the main shopping area but also just a short walk to the lovely shopping (and eating) area of Montpellier! Very kind manager who helped me down the stairs with my suitcase which was greatly appreciated!

Loved our stay at the Strozzi. The manager is really helpful and nice. Rooms are clean, quiet and the bedding really comfortable.
This is really central and allowed us to go by foot everywhere in Cheltenham.
I highly recommend this place.
