I had been suffering with sciatica for months approximately 3.
I had a booking with another therapist but it was cancelled so I looked for an alternative that could accommodate me straight away.
I looked on the internet and found sunshine.
I phoned up and a pleasant man answered my call and booked me on the same day.
I turned up and to my surprise I had found a little gem.
The decor was very relaxing like a type of Buddhist zenith and immediately I was comfortable.
I met the lady that was going to work with me and she had a smile and very professional.
I explained my sciatica issue and she went to work and started to fix my broken body.
She was very professional and also gave advice on exercise and nutrition.
I am now sciatica-free after 4 days.
I highly recommend this establishment because they certainly have the knowledge and techniques to mend and fix any issues.

I had my first massage ever, and it was an amazing experience. The person who did the massage had magical hands—I felt incredibly relaxed, and by the end of the session, I was almost ready to fall asleep. I chose an aromatherapy massage, and the scent of the oil was wonderful. I especially loved the massage on my hands. However, I noticed that less attention was given to my neck and shoulders. Next time, I plan to focus more on those areas.

The atmosphere was lovely and clean overall. The only small issue was that when the door opened, there was a chance of seeing people waiting at the entrance. Other than that, everything was great. The massage therapist was really skilled. Thank you so much—I will definitely be coming back!

I've been to the sunshine day spa twice a year now for a few years now for an aromatherapy massage. I think that I've now experienced each practitioner and they're all great. Professional, friendly, respectful and relaxing environment. I always leave the spa feeling well rested and calm!

Excellent quality for the price, will definitely be booking in once again!

I had a 1 hour full body Swedish massage today. I cant remember what the lady was called but she was lovely. I haven't been that relaxed in a long time. 36 pound for an hour it was worth it...I will be back!
