Me and my wife booked in for a massage to celebrate her birthday. I've had a number of different styles of massage and this was easily one of the best experiences. The premises are spotless, communication beforehand was prompt and friendly, and Surin was able to target problem areas and offer advice on stretching for my lower-back and tight hamstring issues. I booked a relaxing hot oil massage, for Friday 4th Oct 2024, It was NOT what I got. The whole experience was painful. Several times I said ouch, that hurts, (I ended up begging her to STOP) I left the premises in more pain than I entered, and bruising in several areas. Photos to prove this. How can a ‘professional’ mix up a relax hot oil treatment with, deep tissue massage? Which after talking to family members we all suspect is what happened. I am still in pain today and have written a letter of complaint which has been hand delivered to SURIN MASSAGE OADBY. Don’t visit this business. Unless you enjoy paying to be hurt 😡😢
