We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier!

She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences.

In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process.

On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed.

The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

I booked her immediately to help me with wedding coordination and theres no way everything would have come together without her. Not only does she supply the most beautiful props and decor but she went above and beyond in advising me on vendors and timings to name a few. Absolutely worth every penny. We initially hired a few items from Ella to use as centrepieces and garden games for our wedding in May, but of course had to make multiple changes to our plans (thanks COVID…). We organised a much smaller celebration and asked Ella to decorate and set up our venue instead, a much bigger job than we originally planned! With 3 date changes and eventually only 4 days notice of our final wedding date, we had the most beautiful day, which we owe a lot to Ella and her amazing company. She was so flexible and accommodating throughout the planning. Behind the scenes, I know she was going above and beyond for us.

Ella provides an excellent service. From visiting her showroom, to the set up at the venue – I cannot fault anything. I sent pictures over to Ella for some inspiration and she created my vision perfectly on the day, even sourcing items she doesn’t normally hold. So many of my guests commented on how gorgeous the venue looked and I am so pleased we decided to go all out and ask her to dress the venue as well as hire her lovely items! She has a great range of items to hire and at very competitive prices. She is professional, efficient, thoughtful and calm (especially when my other half phoned her frantically to rearrange everything for the 3rd time!).

I cannot recommend Ella enough. Put your trust in her and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much Ella!
