We really hit the jackpot when we chose the Sussex Caterers to cater our wedding on 6th July at Trading Boundaries. Right from our first contact we knew we were in safe hands. It was hard to pick our wedding menu from all the delicious possibilities on offer, but Richard was always available to provide ideas & guidance drawing on his vast experience & wow did the team deliver!! From canapés through our wedding meal & to our evening ‘grab & go’ selection of brioche burgers, we were treated to exquisite flavours beautifully presented - our friends are still complimenting our food & the quality of service; Fleur & her team excelled -incredibly slick & friendly.
A massive thank you to all for your hard work & effort that went into helping make our special day so magical xx

We would highly recommend Richard and his team at Sussex Caterers for any event.  Richard and his team catered for our Wedding on 8th June 2024.
We had welcome canapes, a 3 course Wedding Breakfast (4 different dishes per course) and an evening buffet.
We were bowled over, the excellent presentation, every course was superb 5*.  The taste was phenomenal.  The staff who served us were so efficient, happy, friendly, polite and really delightful.
The amazing comments on the food we received from our guests just never stopped.  Including our evening guests and the buffet.
Richard was always happy to tweak things as we went along for any guests requirements and the day was perfect!
A massive thank you to Richard and his excellent team on helping to make our wedding a phenomenal day!

We booked Sussex Caterers for our wedding, and we are so glad we did. We chose canapes to start, a hog roast with salads and the chocolate brownie for desert, it was all delicious! Everyone at the wedding commented on how delicious the food was, as well as how friendly and accommodating the serving staff were. We booked Richard and his team on behalf of a client for a private party catering for 100 people. It was a sit down three course dinner in a marquee which presented some challenges, especially during the build up when the weather was rather grim! Richard and his team were excellent. Punctual, well prepared, great communicators and used to working in the conditions that come with outdoor events. But above all the food was delicious, beautifully presented and enjoyed by everyone. The Sussex beef was superb and our client was thrilled with the final dishes. Thank you Richard. We will have no hesitation using you again in the future or recommending you to others.

Where do I start ? We hired Sussex Caterers for our wedding at Florence House in Seaford. The communication and contact with us prior to the wedding was both professional and thorough. On the day, the entire team of chefs and waiting staff were absolutely amazing. Constantly smiling and nothing too much trouble. Delicious food, everything we asked for! They ensured our wedding day was a a truly happy event. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely company

Sussex Caterers did a brilliant job on my 50th birthday party - the barbecue was fantastic, with great feedback from all guests. I would recommend Richard and the team - very professional and they took away all of the stress of food prep and allowed us to chat to our guests. Richard & his wonderful team catered our annual summer BBQ for 80 people. We have had previous events but nothing quite like this. Absolutely outstanding. The team were amazing and so friendly. The food was delicious & the produce was fresh and colourful. Their set up was such a nice touch and all our guests raved about the food and service. We will definitely see you again next year. Highly recommended.
