Stayed at this establishment many time over past few and watched it decline. However September 2019 new management took over and it shows. The out side has had a face-lift and the in side now is clean and smells clean and fresh. Manager is in the process of of decorating to improve the place. It's convenient for Heathrow and price is reasonable too.

Clean rooms and friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly. Great internet. Tea, coffee and sugar readily available. Friendly manager and cleaner. Great for local shops and Legoland and ample parking, Will definitely stay again in the summer with my family. Thank you Mark for a great stay.

Forget the previous reviews, new management have made - and are clearly still making - big changes. Good quality new second fittings that enhance the decor, crisp paintwork, good central spot, fair price no thrills accomodation that no longer stinks of cat piss...no cats here any longer!
Busy road but what does anyone expect West of the city?!
More character than bigger franchises and manager Mark is always available.
Good value, onwards and upwards.

I am visiting this Hotel for almost 1 year now, up to 3 times per week. Since it has a new owner, I can see so much nice changes happening. Everyone who said it’s so bad here, I can understand, because it WAS. But every week I am checking in, I can see new good changes and results. Sure it will take time, because of all that work, but i think this hotel will have a very nice future and I am looking forward to see all the steps! The Manager is always so friendly and it feels very familiar! ||I would always come back here! ||Give it a try, see the changes, it’s amazing to follow it!

Awful place. Nothing looked clean and fresh.
The bath had water stains in the bottom. Would not dream of sitting in it. Stains on the carpets. Curtains needed a wash. WiFi didn't work. All carpets needed replacing. Worn and dirty. Very noisy outside with teenagers shouting and swearing. Would not return.

Great little hotel, especially for the price. Staff very friendly (Mark). I fly regularly and its ideal for getting to airport parking. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Excellent value

For 44 quid on Booking.com this was unbeatable value. Easy check in.. Decent room, toiletries and comfy bed, and for the absolute win, actual milk for coffee in the morning not powdered milk. .. Friendly owner to boot... Top notch 🙂

I stayed with family while visiting an unwell relative ||||Staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. ||||Good location near train station and Sainsbury's. Room was spacious and WiFi was decent.||||Would recommend if you are looking for a budget stay.
