Fantastic stay at Swanage Bay again, this was our 5th visit here and we have booked another stay for November 2024. Reception staff are always helpful and very friendly and are always willing to answer questions and deal with any problems. We always book a caravan with a seaview, it is worth the extra money as the views are amazing. Lovely site for all the family. Recently lost our mum and she loved this site, so this is our happy place.

we hired a private caravan which was nice the site was clean and tidy but no good if you have children apart from swimming. no shop no take away no amusement's it was end of season so bar was not open 3 days of the week when it was it was empty no food available. the drive to bay view was good roads great scenery passed corfe castle then you see what looks like a council estate you have to drive into it and that's where the park is the views are good but would not visit again.

Caravan was booked through away resorts. Plot No 9* Daisy. Good views down valley but very steep walk up close to top of site. Despite requesting a lower level plot due to mobility issues, my request was disregarded. Nice caravan but shower was broken. However, maintenance did come out quickly. |If I booked this site again I’d book direct with the owner to at least be sure of a lower level plot. Do check site map if you have mobility issues. We managed to get a Sainsbury’s delivery direct to caravan which was great. We did not use any of the facilities. Note there’s no hospitality tray on arrival. We will be back for blues fest next year but will look at other options.

Enjoyed a lovely holiday here in one of the luxury static caravans, so much so we have booked a longer stay next year. Accommodation has everything you need, like a mini apartment or home away from home. The views are amazing, on site bar and swimming pool and easy enough to head into Swanage centre or head out to the main roads for day trips around the area. Definitely recommend this caravan park to families and older people, it's quiet with no parties or loud music that we heard. They also accommodate dogs too.

Stayed in the Buttercup sector of the park.
Fantastic view of the sea and countryside.
Clean site and a walkable distance to the main town at 20-25 minutes. Quite a steep return journey for those who may struggle.
Also situated with access to some of the stunning coastal paths and local sights.
We had a pet friendly caravan which was more than adequate.
Didn't use any of the other services on site but it all looks well looked after.

Stayed in a luxury Seaview lodge. It's more like a large caravan to me, though, very spacious, 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, the other a shower, washing machine, dish washer, a smart pop up fan on the hob.
Large double bedroom plus excellent views of the sea, town and countryside.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty good.
The only downside is that it's very hilly and tight to drive around.

Stayed here for a mid week break in a comfort caravan. The accomodation was fine except that it was dog friendly, which was fine for us but a careful what you book if you have allergies. Also some of the kitchen equipment was missing which staff seemed to have no answer on replacing I.e. no fish slice for eggs.
We had a nice enough view but take note that this is because it is on the Hillside and is a half hour walk into Swanage on a steep hill, which we werecok with but others may not be.
Be careful with the pool and gym, as it is let out to schools and the public at certain times. A new one on us, although we understand exclusive time for owners. The public and schools meant you either had to share with others from off the site or could not use them at certain times. There is a timetable given to you but when we used the pool and gym with the public it is not enjoyable as it was a lot of poorly unsupervised kids, which doesn't work out good in a gym. Plus quite a bit of equipment did not work.
We used it as a base to explore the Purbeck area and did us well in this regard.

One of our favourite places to stay. The views are incredible. We have booked both through the site owners and privately and always had lovely caravans. The bar is basic but ok for a drink with lovely views to the sea. The pool is small and basic but my kids love it.
Avoid a van at the very top if you don’t fancy a walk down the hill as very steep!
Definitely recommend.
