What a lovely bed and breakfast. Run by 2 sisters Tina and Mandy very nice ladies. There is parking for each room which is great and its about 15 min to walk into town either by main road or down on the beach. You could always drive but great location. The bedroom and bathroom is lovely and spacious and decorated to a high standard making it feel really cosy, you also get a fridge which is really handy to have. There is a nice lounge area if you want to chill. Nice dining area for breakfast and the breakfast is lovely and great choice. They have a little bar for refreshments which is nice. When we come back to Swanage will stay here again. A real find and totally recommend it

Just back from an amazing 3 nights in Swanage staying at this jewel of a Guest House. We were greeted by the lovely Tina on our arrival with a much needed cup of tea and biscuits after being stuck in traffic; she then gave us the benefit of her knowledge of the local area and places to eat and drink.||The accommodation itself was impeccable. Clean, tidy and modern with lovely little touches throughout. Our room was on the top floor and was tastefully decorated, comfortable and peaceful.||There was a good choice on the breakfast menu and everything we sampled was well prepared and tasty. I even came away with the recipe for the homemade granola which was delicious.||We will definitely be back!

Great welcome with tea and biscuits on arrival. Lovely clean bedroom with a beautiful view. Amazing breakfasts with lots of choice. Brilliant location for the beach and walking into Swanage or to Studland. We would highly recommend The Swanage Haven and look forward to a second visit as soon as possible!! Thank you

What a delightful guest house this is. I felt at home as soon as I entered, the place had a lovely feel to it. |I was greeted by the owners who provided a much needed coffee and biscuits. I was provided with a local map and bus timetable, which were extremely helpful. |Breakfast is ordered the night before, and there is a great choice, and the quality was top-notch. I only had the cooked breakfast, and it was superb arriving at the table piping hot. |The room was a small double, but ideal for me as I was travelling alone. The room was super clean, and the bed extremely comfortable, a well stocked teatray and small fridge are also provided. There are also some nice toiletries in the en-suite. I had a very relaxing stay and have already booked in for next year.

Me & my wife had such a lovely visit to Swanage 3 weeks ago & the Haven Boutique is a lovely place to stay I will definitely recommend it to friends. Tina & Amanda were lovely from the moment we arrived right up to the moment we left, very helpful & knowledgeable with things to do in the area, from trail walks to places to eat & go. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future for another break.

Tina and Amanda were lovely hosts. Great breakfast. Good shower. My single room was small and didn't have a desk or chair, but I was able to make use of the lounge when processing my photos, and avail myself of the honesty bar at the same time.
