Checked in, rooms were not habitable so we told them we would be leaving. Kept our money and refused refunds. Do not book here!

I slept in the hotel with my friends for one night. The room was disgustingly dirty. The toilet wasn’t flushed, plenty of cigarettes ends were left on the bedroom floor, half empty shampoo and body wash minis all around the toilet, human body hair on the floor and carpet, the list gets longer and longer. Nonexistent COVID prevention measures, permanent guests, extremely thin walls, smoke detectors covered with a plastic bag. Worst hotel experience ever

This is honestly the worst hotel I EVER booked. It was that bad we never stayed in the hotel.. |we had to find and book another one for one night last minute.|It was filthy it stank it was absolutely disgusting.|I was a mum on my own with my teenage daughter and her two friends travelling when I asked The hoss if it was safe for us to stay as we had this uneasy feeling he told us instead of the 3 rooms we book led we should all sleep in a family room in the attic as that would be safer for us all. |He told us he housed homeless men that drunk a lot and we should sleep together.|At that point I asked for a refund and we left. We was refused any refund at all and we left.|Sat crying on the street we was lucky to check into the ibis hotel. |I honestly feel this hotel needs to be shut down it was unsafe and you are at risk of healthy and safety concerns.

Arrived at this hotel that I had booked nearly a year ago to be told at 730pm there is no room and my booking is cancelled.|There were already 2 other separate bookings in front of me also with the same problem, booked but no rooms and the bookings cancelled WITH NO NOTIFICATION!! |The manager said its not her problem and its booking.com or whatever other booking sites fault.|To be honest the place looked like a dump anyway so I probably had a lucky escape all be it at the last minute expense of having to book last minute into another hotel on a busy weekend!

Got to the hotel and our stay was cancelled with no notification then gave us a room that had water running down the lights when someone upstairs was showering. Got put in another room which the bed was broken which they new about and the room had mold all over went to go to bed and noticed bed bugs all over the bed and ended up sleeping in the car. This place made faulty towers look like the ritz it was a horrible place to stay and it shouldn’t even be open

I work in a 5 star hotel, this hotel needs shutting down! Appalling rooms that are not safe, not looked after and ran down. There is not a single care or respect for these rooms! This is not a hotel it looks like a stop off place for people on drugs! How an earth do you call yourself a hotel when it’s by far a dump! Disgraceful, disgusting, appalling and you people should all be ashes to even rent something like this out

The worst experience ever! A 3 night staying become only 1 night! I just left because of the bad conditions! Dirty rooms, dirty toilet, dirty shower, dirty on the hall, dirty everywhere! There was still trash in the bin from the previous reservation, there was hair everywhere, even on the bed where the bed sheets were supposed to be new and cleaned like how it's normal! The door handles were all broken and also from a door was missing an window! I mean I stayed in hostels that were better than this place! The owner was very rude with us when we asked for a refund for the remaining nights but no luck! I didn't expect too much from them considering the price we paid but at least a little bit of decency and respect! I would give less than a star if it was possible but unfortunately is not and I see that because of the 3 stars for the location ( because the location was pretty good) the overall score is higher that this place deserve

Honestly awful. There’s no reception. No way to collect your key. People noisy and stumbling out of the hotel till late hours.

The worst part was I couldn’t even check in and they cancelled my room and I had to pay 5x the price for another hotel last minute.

Do not book thinking it’s cheap room as you might not even get a room!
