The place is absolutely amazing. What a great house. The owners could not have been any nicer. I loved the old English decor, it just set the mood for a brilliant stay. Thank you so much for making my stay perfect. A short walk to some great locations. The quiet location is ideal for a peaceful stay. Thanks again I will be back to see you.

My husband and I stayed the night to celebrate our anniversary.||We were given a warm welcome to this beautiful house by Henry and shown to our room. Just gorgeous, comfortable big bed, lovely period furniture and huge Original victorian bath. ||So peaceful and relaxing and the room had lots of complimentary toliteries, perfect for a nice long soak. ||Room was also well equipped with coffee machine, biscuits, water etc. ||We ventured out to a local pub to eat, a few to choose from in walking distance, perfect. ||A great night's sleep followed by a fantastic cooked breakfast, also juice, coffee, cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt available. ||A fantastic break, charming hosts, stunning setting, a real gem of a place to escape to for a night or few.

Just returned from a 1 night stay here as racing at Brands Hatch which is just a few minutes away. The location is perfect - exceptionally peaceful and quiet despite being centrally located for our needs - the race circuit and great shopping at Bluewater.||||You couldn't wish for more gracious hosts - Henry cooks a fantastic breakfast too.||||We were warmly welcomed and it really did feel like home, having grown up in a similar property myself.||||Our room was wonderfully appointed with its own parapet balcony. Room facilities included free wifi, smart TV and nespresso machine.||||The beds were simply amazingly comfortable and a real struggle to leave in the morning! Wonderfully comfortable with plump duvets. I wish my bed at home was as comfy!||||Breakfast was beautifully cooked and there was a great choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yogurt as well as tea/coffee and different toasted breads.||||If we find ourselves in this part of the country again we will most definitely stay here, can't recommend it highly enough and that's coming from a fellow Country House Hotel owner.

Back in December 2019 I photographed a Bride and her family getting ready for her wedding here and it was a lovely place to be. Perfect for bridal preparations as it's a good size, lots of grounds and a friendly, family atmosphere. Makes a lovely change to a cramped hotel room. Keep this place in mind if you need lots of space to start your wedding day with your bridal party.

I stayed here for one night as I was working nearby. The room was beautiful and had the most comfortable bed. The hosts were very friendly and phoned me before I arrived to give me directions as the satnav takes you to the wrong entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast which was included in the price which I think is very reasonable for such a high standard. I will definitely be back when I am working this way again.

Have just returned from a most wonderful long weekend at this beautiful house! Our room was just beautiful and hosts Ethna,Henry and Lana made our stay fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and we really didnt want to leave!! Cant recommend too highly!

Stayed overnight with my husband for Xmas do at Brands Hatch. Beautiful room spacious, sumptuous bed. Set in beautiful grounds with spectacular views. Definitely be going back, the hosts are delightful very welcoming!

The owners are the most welcoming of hosts, cannot do enough for you. Their knowledge of the area is fantastic and their recommendations are very welcome (Thai night in the local pub absolutely brilliant food). We had a marvellous couple of nights. This is a perfect place to stay to explore Kent.
