Played the course in December during a storm after a couple of weeks of significant rainfall and you wouldn't know at all. Not a single piece of the course was boggy.

Good interesting layout which can be forgiving. Good greens. It was winter tees when I played presumably because of the storm because the tee boxes looked lush. Would definitely come back and play whenever it's been wet because I've not seen a better course in/around Bristol during the winter

Booked into the lodges here as had an early flight from Bristol. Lodges really clean and practical and staff lovely. But I was really lucky to try the food in the club house which was absolutely delicious! I had chicken and couscous and I can honestly say it was exceptional. What a bonus! I would go here just for the food. Really outstanding.

Hideous flight time home from Greece. Got into Bristol at 2.50am. Driver turned up we were in bed tucked but 45mins later! ||These are basic rooms but what more do you need? The shower was hot. Bedding clean and bright white. We are rested and ready for the drive home. ||Plus was a breakfast bap 😍

What an amazing place, such a welcoming atmosphere. I got a bit nervous as I wasn't dressed for a typical golf club and the manager was absolutely wonderful and welcomed us with open arms and arranged our transfer to the airport. We ordered a turkey bap and god it was delicious! Perfect place to lay your head before taking your flights. Thank you for being kind. 100% will be using this again if I need to fly from Bristol πŸ‘

Close to Bristol and a good looking course, but the constant jet fumes from the airport were horrible on the first 5 or 6 holes.

Lovely clean room, minutes away from the airport, perfect spot to stay after our flight home landed in the early hours. The staff were really helpful and the transfers to and from the airport really quick and easy. Great that we could park the car there whilst we were away. Will definitely be booking again!

Great course, I couldn't believe how close to the airport it was, and it still didn't affect our round. Liked the layout with lots of interesting holes to play. Club house staff looked after us, really nice breakfast and ciders to finish off the day. Would recommend the course to the novices that we were and will be returning again.

More like a row of garden rooms/huts. Whilst the bedlinen and towels were clean and white and the room was clean and quiet, we would definitely not recommend this accommodation because it was like walking into a fridge. The pathetic wall "heater" did not work and the person on duty could not operate it either, and had to phone her boss to get instructions how to get any heat out of it. She made no apology for the freezing state of the room and seemed put out that she had to come along from reception to "help" as she was "about to go home at 4.30pm". Clearly the room had not been heated in a long time because the beds felt damp from the cold - we had to try and sleep with our outdoor coats on!! It is rather interesting that all the 5 star reviews are from people that stayed there in the summer months.|We did not feel there was any food/drink options at the main building and had to drive to a nearby pub for food and warmth - it was a very inhospitable place but close to airport and not noisy - probably because everybody else staying there had also gone to the pub to get warm!! I have given two stars - one for cleanliness and one for being close to the airport but not the best choice for a startpoint to feel good to go off refreshed for your holiday, in fact, a miserable experience.
