Thank you Penny for a lovely stay last night (30th Oct 23). Your accommodation and |breakfast was really nice and your hospitality was second to none. The cleanliness of the rooms were five star and I felt very at home, even though I was only there for one night. I will always come back to you when I’m in the area, and it goes without saying, that I will highly recommend you to friends and family.

Great B & B ever with own kitchen if you need a snack later! Within easy reach of Sandringham and good eating places. King's Lynn and Cromer are good places to visit nearby. If your visit is near Christmas DON'T miss Thursford Christmas Show!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay over the Christmas holidays. The room was extremely spacious, with the addition of a separate kitchen area. The room was very comfortable with lots of personal touches to make it feel home from home.
Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Another great visit of Tall Trees made even better this time by the extension to the downstairs room, consisting of a small kitchen/diner, sink, hob. As always a lovely friendly welcome and chat with Penny, everything we needed on arrival, tea/coffee, cookie, milk, drink. All you need. The breakfast is amazing with a good selection. Great Value For Money

We loved this beautiful,quiet room with a lovely garden too. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Great breakfast and lovely owners. Dersingham is a great base for North Norfolk and is much more peaceful than the coastal resorts. Very very good value and high quality. Thankyou - we will definitely be back!

Another excellent stay with Penny and Tony Bubb. I can't recommend the quality of the accommodation and breakfast enough. The attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort is amazing. If I could give it six stars I would.

Exceptionally Clean. Large room. Not shy with the central heating. Free parking & quick WiFi. Genial hosts. Really excellent breakfast. Terrific amenities.||What more could you ask from a B&B?||Handy location.||Pity the real ale wasn't better in the local pub, but that's out of Penny & Tonys' hands.

We cannot recommend Tall Trees enough for the five star amenities, delicious breakfast and excellent value for money. The room is so well-appointed and private. It was lovely seeing Mr and Mrs Bubb again and we will be back.
