Fabulous stay. Very nicely looked after lodge with everything we could need. Definitely will be back. Small personal park which is well tended to. The hot tub was ready when we arrived. The beds were ready made and it was a comfy cosy stay.

We’ve just returned from a week stay in Tamar View and it was the most lovely week! The caravan was clean, modern and comfortable and we loved the hot tub which was well maintained. Our three kids had the best week which was made even more fun with the staff putting on a Halloween event! This was a lovely touch and the staff were so friendly and put so much into it so thank you for making our children smile! We would absolutely recommend a stay here, it’s a quiet getaway with stunning views! Definitely a week to remember.

Ok.|That’s the best I can say, we always stay in a Hot Tub lodge for New Year, each year and if I’m honest this is not one I’d come back to.|I can’t fault the cleanliness, the lodge was immaculate on our arrival, we had to ask for the hot tub to be adjusted as it was ‘just about warm’, the tub was checked daily by staff members.|Inside the lodge…it has everything you need although it is quite basic.|Beds…mattresses are terrible, you can feel the springs, none of us had a decent nights sleep, toppers are needed, we stayed during winter, ideally a heavier tog duvet should be supplied for winter months.|Now, down to the finer touches, in other lodges at different parks we have stayed there has always been little things to make the stay easier, yes, we were given a tiny washing up liquid, a sponge, a cloth and x 2 dishwasher tablets, no spare bin liners, no antibacterial spray to cleanse surfaces after cooking, no spare blankets, no Mini toiletries in bathroom, this may sound silly but these things are used more than you realise on a mini break!|Quite close to the road so some traffic noise can be heard at night.|An on site cafe would be a dream, you are on a break, so being able to grab a coffee/pastry without leaving site would be fab and may add a little ‘life’ to the park.|Nothing to do on site for children, other parks have play areas etc but here, you really are forced off site, thankfully the location is good enough to go and find something to occupy the children.|All in all the break was ‘ok’, would I return? Probably not, the Love2Stay parks are much more vibrant and work better for us but, for the few days we spent here we did get to relax and that was the whole point!

Absolutely beautiful park overlooking the stunning Tamar Valley in Cornwall. The park is very well looked after and the planting has been well thought out with plenty of consideration given to the owners and holidaymakers who visit or stay on the park. Fantastic location perfect for walking, cycling and visiting everything the area has to offer.

This holiday park is definitely the one if you’re looking for a quiet get away with your partner! The views are amazing! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub looking over the moors! The caravan itself was 10/10! Spotless, modern, everything included and for the price of £220 for four days it was well worth the money! Staff were polite and helpful.||A car is needed if you’re planning to stay here but what do you expect for a country site. We visited the towns nearby and also spent a day exploring Bodmin jail which again I highly recommend!||Will definitely be returning 🙂

The park had a contactless check in which would have been ok but we had to ring the owner to ask what number caravan we was in as there was no indication on booking where we was on the map. There was also another family ringing when we arrived. |We was in Pentille which I didn't realise on booking ( My fault) was pet friendly. This wouldn't normally bother me but the caravan smelt of wet damp dog. The sofa needs replacing and was so uncomfortable. There was no cushions and also smelt of dog. |That was my fault for not checking as there is only 4 that are pet friendly. |Also we was right next to a busy road so cars flying past all night meant not quite the relaxing break hoped for. The hot tub was ok but dated and a few of the jets not working. There is nothing to do on the site, but it is within driving distance of a few attractions. We was here during storm Bert and didn't have any contact from the owners to check everything was ok.

Best kept secret holiday park in Cornwall Immaculately kept and maintained, wonderful park host and maintenance team, and the most incredible views across the Tamar Valley all the way to Plymouth and Mount Edgcumbe. Wonderful sunsets as well. There are some great places to visit locally including Kit Hill (great menu at Louis's tea rooms), Tavistock, Cotehele House (National Trust) and lovely walks all around. I'm speaking as a lodge owner rather than a holiday guest, having bought a property here a few months ago. Best decision I ever made.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Everything was clean, and facilities were excellent. The only thing I would like to point out is the mattress on the double bed needs to be replaced very uncomfortable. I would happily stay again.
