We hired Tandem Catering for our wedding in April and couldn't be happier with our choice! The booking process was super easy and we were very pleased with how the tasting session went. Carol was very thorough and even made an extra evening food portion for us to try which we really appreciated. They were also very accomodating with one of the guests were who autistic and created a bespoke meal for her.

On the day, the team were very professional and we had no issues at all! We didn't see a single plate not empty at the end!

Our only criticism would be that they strongly recommended against having a second main option (not including vegetarian) despite this being offered. Ultimately we were very happy with the service and the food was great value for money!

I would describe Tandem catering: five-star food, high standards in the kitchen, amazing team members, attention to detail and good knowledge of the venue.

When it comes to finding a good quality caterer for an event as big as your wedding, it is difficult to know where to start. Wanting to find a company that offers good quality, London based and not over priced is very difficult. We were recommended Tandem by a friend and after having several quotes from different companies we decided Tandem was the one for us.

Their website is gorgeous with lots of varieties and options that suit all sorts of events.

Our first meeting with Carole was very relaxed, open and a two way conversation. Carole made it very clear that Tandem offers set menus but also open to offering any special requests. My husband is Brazilian and they were more than happy to serve Brazilian canapés.

Our tasting afternoon out in Surrey was lovely. Tom made a few dishes that we were considering and together we formed a plan that everyone was happy for on our big day.

Catering for 130 people in Battersea Park is not an easy task but Tom, Carole and the team made the task looks easy. The quality of food and service was impeccable - every dish was the same standard as the first meal they served.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Each guest commented on how delicious the food was and how there was enough to eat (something we believe was important).

Thank you to Tandem for everything, you made our wedding experience really magical.

Tandem were incredible on the day of our wedding at Gate Street Barn. From the start of the booking, to the day of the wedding they were so helpful. The food was incredible, my new wife and I can't think of a time where we had eaten such tasty dishes. The service was fantastic , all the little touches and care they put into everything was so wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding or an event that needs top notch caterers.

We hired Tandem to cater for our wedding and from the beginning we knew we had made the correct choice. Tom and Carole are brilliant with their communication and from the start everything went seamlessly, the tester at their base was a great time to test the food but also to go over the plan for the wedding and some last minute questions. The food at the tester was brilliant and only raised the question if they could match it with multiple dishes at the wedding, we were not let down. We had the Creamy mushrooms for starters, Roast Chicken for main and their signature Chocolate Brownie dish for the dessert and they were all brilliant. Evening food was simple bacon butties but they were again really nice with thick slices of bacon in a really nice roll. We had vegan and vegetarian guests who were given their own play on the dishes for everyone and they were all really happy with their food. Their handling on the day of front of house was equal to their food, frankly I don't think we could have been happier with anyone else. Full marks easy across the board. All we can do is thank them for catering our wedding and for being so patient with us through out the entire process, start to finish.

Tandem catered our wedding last weekend at Gate Street Barn and we are so thrilled to have chosen them for our big day! The food was absolutely exceptional and we've since had so many of our guests tell us it was '...the best wedding food I've ever had' which we couldn't agree with more! Our chicken main was a particular crowd pleaser and the canapés were fantastic, we had so many! We knew we were in such great hands from our first meeting to the tasting and then the big day itself. Carole and Tom were so flexible with our menu choices and quantities for the cheeseboard, which was also fantastic! The waiting staff were really great and so lovely. They switched up the room from ceremony to wedding breakfast so seamlessly and the tables looked incredible. We couldn't recommend Tandem Catering more highly!
