I was in a lot of pain with my back and hip. I seen Lilly who sorted the pain out. Had a lovely relaxing massage. The best I have had. I feel pain free and so relaxed. Lovely lady listened to my problem areas and fixed them. Credit to your business she is. Friendly kind and so thoughtful. Already looking to book again next week. Thank you Lilly. What a star xx

Honestly, stay clear!!!!

I turned up to my appointment and was made to wait on the door step in the freezing cold until i asked if i could please come in as she stood at the door in disgust as i was a little early.

I was then led into a dingy damp freezing cold room. I told the masseuse my issues, to which she said nothing. I asked her to put the heater on. She did hesitantly. There was no relaxing music, no nice relaxing vibe, no nothing. To be honest it felt more like a back street venue.

The massage was so awful, there is no way she knew what she was doing. She also made it obvious she could not be bothered. After 5 mins i got up and i asked for my money back. The woman downstairs tried to apologise on the way, but it was too little too late.

Going by my experience, i would say the other reviews are fake! I am still in utter disgust, and shock.

Excellent service from when you arrive from the reception staff.
The massages from Bella were very relaxing expecially the head massage which on the three occasions I have been I have fell asleep

This was my first massage.i felt.very welcome on arrival and my masseuse Amy was extremely friendly and professional.my neck and back seems so much better after only one treatment.my whole body feels so refreshed.highly recommended be back soon to see Amy . John.
