Really poor quality of food on our wedding day. Canapés were nothing like what we tasted during tasting session and looked cheap and unappealing. Served £1 plastic packaged Gu dessert pot for veggie desserts which was not what we ordered and embarassing as we had printed out menus saying otherwise. Evening roast pork was terrible quality and small, not for 50 people we paid for. They left all the rubbish at the venue and it was cheapest Morrisons packaged pork that cost £50 and we were charged hundreds. Understaffed and staff were rude. They even got the basic set up of glass ware etc wrong and we had to get it redone which was added stress. Had children wedding guests having to go around and serve jugs of water. Would not recommend at all, very upsetting for your wedding day.

Really great caterer. The boss (David) is a very professional and dedicated chef.

They did the catering for our wedding ... we had a taster menu a couple of weeks before and we were both blown away. We were expecting the actual menu not to be as good as the taster (just because they'd have to serve 70 times more people) but turns out it was just as excellent!

Just incredible food, very friendly staff and super reliable.

Poor communication, doesn’t not respond to criticism and our questions to why things went wrong, which I find very poor customer service, food quality was very poor and nothing like the taster day we had for our wedding day, Canapés we tasted were nothing like we tried, fish nuggets and chips instead of fish sticks, steak sandwiches in plain white bread, not the seeded quality bread we tried and there was hardly any steak in them, bangers and mash were cocktail sausages without the mash, the couscous was bland not fruity and full of flavour like we tried, Waldorf salad was just apple, celery, the salmon was bland and not the lovely smoked bread crumb one we tried, potatoes had no butter nor was there butter for the bread rolls, there were no serving spoons so ended up using desert spoons then had to ask for desert spoons to eat desert, hardly any cream for desert, so timeings for the main meal and our evening BBQ were literally 2hrs apart, staff were very unhelpful and unhappy and couldn’t wait to get finished, we had guesses turning up for the evening and had nothing but cold meat and dry rolls to offer as within one hour the BBQ was cooked and all the salad and butter thrown away, all in all the catering went to pot and really let our special day down and to top it all not even an apology for the manager chef, I wouldn’t recommend, promises you the best catering ever and you get a half hearted service,
Could of done a better job myself as I was a chef for over 15 years and done many weddings and never experienced anything like this,
