Very happy with my hair . Grace has done an excellent job. I had been unhappy with my hair colour feeling dull for some months . My previous hairdresser was unable to blend my grey in with the blonde highlights and was unable to get the bright blonde I wanted and had cut my hair uneven. Grace has transformed my hair and given me exactly what I wanted and asked for. I love my colour and cut. My hair is also so shiny and feels so soft and healthy. Would highly recommend. Thank you Grace.

Had an appointment today with my mum. We both had a cut and colour by Grace in bramhall. We are both thrilled with our hair. Grace did a lovely job of our hair and did exactly what we asked for after a previous hairdresser was struggling to get the blonde colour we wanted. Both so happy and we have booked our next appointment in for Xmas with Grace again. Thank you Grace. The bramhall salon is also so lovely. The girls there are all so helpful and friendly. Excellent experience all round.

Always feel amazing when i leave the Salon after Tom has styled my hair ? I have been getting my hair done by Tom for over 17yrs, my daughter and granddaughter also have theirs done by him.
Also the other salon staff are all so friendly and polite, can't recommend Terence Paul Bramhall highly enough,i wouldn't go anywhere else.
Oh! and the coffee is great too?

Grace was absolutely fantastic today. Listened to what I wanted for a re-style, came up with ideas, and I’m really pleased with the result. A lovely lady who really listens and takes great care. Highly recommend, thank you, Grace ?

I rang up a few Saturdays ago asking if they would be available for two cut and blows and was told that they would fit us in which was great news. I never told the hairdressers but my reason for going was because I was starting chemotherapy the following Monday and wanted to get my hair cut short into a bob and my mum was coming with me to get hers done but more for moral support. My mums was done and over extremely quickly and is now causing her issues as it was cut completely unevenly on each side so it is hard for her to style each day and I feel like I was pressured to keep more of my length than I wanted to and maybe I should have said why I was doing it but I was nervous and wanted to enjoy the experience and wish I wasn’t made to second guess everything. As the cherry on top, when it came to paying my mum was charged £69 which is astronomical for what was done and we were never told the only person available was one of the head stylists as I would have said not to bother as it wasn’t worth it. Just a shame as it was meant to be a special moment but just felt disappointing.

After being fed up of visiting stylists that don't deliver, Grace at Bramhall was a breath of fresh air! Lovely customer service and a great stylist, my hair has never felt better. I have been in for a cut and blow, best blow dry.
