Functional, clean, central. |I mean it's a hotel room in the middle of yeovil, with free overnight parking in the cinema carpark.||Basic room with TV, tea and coffee facilities. A complimentary bottle of water.||When I arrived, there was a chap on the desk to greet me.||Works for me.

This ‘hotel’ is more a hostel and should be labelled and priced so by those websites advertising it (Expedia/booking.com) the bed was noisy and uncomfortable, there were stains up the side and on the single bed one of the feet were broken. Holes in the wall and door, a filthy carpet, only 2 towels for 3 people. Too hot, so opened windows which is fine, but the street and other occupants in the adjoining buildings were so noisy - not that we were sleeping with the uncomfortable beds. We actually cut our trip short by 1 night. It’s over priced and I don’t know who is giving all these good reviews - I’ve seen one saying wonderful breakfast, there’s none so obviously fake. I asked for a refund for the nights we were not using and was refused. It wasn’t a cheap hotel, I would say £40 a night as a hostel with private bathroom would be reasonable. Parking in the leisure complex opposite is £25 per day for anything over 6 hours. I should have known better and gone with a chain hotel but like to support independents where I can. Filthy shower head, needed a good scrub with a nail brush and some bleach. Felt unclean and the lack of sleep ruined our trip which like I say we cut short. Filthy marks on the doors, suspect hair and stains on the bathroom ceiling.

Expected my brother to sleep in a
Dirty smelly bed and refused clean bedding until the police got called then decided to co-operate and provide clean bedding. Rude & arrogant staff members. Avoid at all costs

It’s clean and basic but room for improvements. ||We arrived late on Wednesday night and our room was directly behind the reception area and the room was very small. The room is clean and basic however the bed was extremely uncomfortable and seemed to be faulty as it dipped to one side. We also were left one bath towel for two guests so we had to ask for another towel. The bathroom was extremely tiny and unmovable. You have to push the shower door in to climb in very awkward to get in and out of. If you were a solo traveller you might get away with this room however I personally believe the room should be used as an office for the staff as it just did not meet guest standards. Or remove the bath and have a walk in shower instead as another option. | However the hotels location is very handy with walkable distance to shops and cafes etc. |The hotel has WiFi, smart TV’s and full length mirror and dressing table in rooms which do help make the room better. ||Also quite noisy so if you’re a light sleeper it’s not too great.

I’ll start with the positives - the location was really good and central for food, drinks, and a few shops. That’s it. The rooms are beyond tired. I was offered a room with no window, there were not enough towels provided for the amount of guests and after check out we received a text effectively accusing us of stealing towels and attempting to charge an extra £100!!! Some of the towels we were given had not been washed thoroughly if at all!!! I had a room with access via a small ‘courtyard’ overlooked and very close to the back of a restaurant I think where 2 men regularly had a ‘smoke’ break and looked in. The smells in the corridors varied as you walked through the maze of this hotel from restaurant kitchen smells, questionable leaf smells, to bleach. The faces of local people when told where we staying said it all!!||I would not at any point recommend staying in this ‘hotel’

A very convenient location, just minutes from the bus station. And the room was comfortable and pleasant to stay at. I really enjoyed that my room had a bath as I needed to unwind at the end of the day.
