Far too many staff on the shop floor picking orders for delivery, many of them show no consideration of people doing their own shopping......block isles with trolleys , don`t look where they are going when pushing them around etc.

Often far too few tills open with people serving which causes long delays.

Some of the till staff are very good but others are more interested in talking than serving customers.

Not an enjoyable shopping experience it lacks customer focus and makes customers feel like they are an inconvenience.

Fantastic Tesco store. This is a large one where you can find anything you need. It is always my first choice when it comes to my grocery shopping.
However, the staff could be more attentive and friendly.
I have been shopping at this store on a weekly basis for over six years now, and there are some staff members who seem so uninterested in being there or assisting their customers.
That happens, especially after 9 p.m., when they start filling up the shelves.
I will still continue doing my shopping there, however.

Absolute joke with their online ordering system and pack of lies from the customer service centre. not turned up twice now amd just offer to refund you with the payment you've made for the order that hasn't arrived anyway along with an insult of a £10 compensation after wasting several hours for delivery not to arrive and a ruined evening with friends as no food order. Complete waste of time !!!

I love this Tesco's! Loads of stock, the staff are always lovely and the security guy has a load of patience with me as every time i do not realise I haven't had a security tag removed, I guarantee the security scanners go off and he has to make sure I'm not 'on the borrow' 🤣. Only negative is the toilets are generally not the cleanest when I've been in.

Tried to get served at the service desk. Woman behind desk casually stood talking to another colleague... When asked if she was serving, I was told "yeah this guy" and pointed to the colleague that she had been speaking too for the past 5-10mins

The toilets are always super dirty and super wet. You’ll always see the yellow signs indicating the floor is wet so it’s annoying. The staff is not as helpful.

Nevertheless the supermarket has a large variety of things to buy and are affordable.

My favourite thing is when you unload your shopping onto the belt and about 20 seconds later the person manning the checkout puts the barrier up that stops you going through. Brilliant service.

Edit: Having to maneuver around indecisive and confused customers is just part of the fun of shopping. But throw in at least one member of staff with a metal cart with plastic boxes scanning a load of products into every aisle. We don't get this level of idiocy anywhere else. Not Morrisons, not Sainsbury's, not even in ASDA, at least not to this degree. It adds that extra layer of annoyance to the shop. There must be a better way to operate.

Visited today had lunch is cafe , staff are very friendly , good food ,
Went to toilet cleaners had just been in there no slip sign anywhere I’m sure this is a health and safety issue, I spoke to staff cleaner was listening but just walked off . Didn’t put a sign out
