Large family group. Stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were comfortable as were the beds. Bathroom was clean and looked good. Only drawback was the stains on the chair upholstery in the bedroom and the glass table protector needs to be removed to be cleaned underneath. Did it affect me? no. Did it bother me? Yes, because of the crumbs underneath. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Lovely bed and
bathroom and very good breakfast!

Hotel on a busy road with a small car park enough for about 10 cars. It’s free to park but you will need to register your car in the machine at reception.|Lovely staff friendly helpful and professional but the one that stood out the most was a gentleman with a beard working in the dining room, he worked very hard to oblige everyone and with a smile.| For breakfast there was a good selection of food, tea and coffee including cooked breakfast very nice, but it could have been a bit hotter.|Nice size room clean and quiet with facility for tea and coffee.|My only complaint is there was a very small TV and we couldn’t get subtitles which would have been nice so not to disturb the other guest.|It’s a short walk to shops/pubs/ takeaways. You could walk into town takes approximately 20 mins but it a very busy road so we preferred to take a taxi’s we used East Kent Taxi’s which we found to be very reliable.|There is a Park & Ride at 10 Perch Rd CT1 3TQ it’s about short drive away for £4.00 a day.|The pool was a good size clean and a nice temperature there’s two nice changing rooms with showers but no lockers take your clothes with you.|They have a small enclosed garden if you wish to sit outside.|Would recommend.

Close to the city centre, this hotel has an indoor pool, enclosed gardens, and a dining room. The car park is of matchbox size and needs skill to drive in and out. Overspill is at the rear in a trading estate but we did not use it for security reasons. Not accessible for those with mobility issues. Nice hotel in all for overnight stays, with excellent breakfast.

I stayed here with my two children. The staff are so polite and professional, they went out of their way to accommodate us. My 9 year old son said the beds were very comfortable and he had a great night's sleep. The shower is lovely. Breakfast was grand. Everything you need. Thanks!

Great little gem of a hotel , greeted very warmly on arrival by Radu who couldn’t do enough thank you .|Deluxe double room was very nice but noisy traffic in the morning but great vicinity into Canterbury .Buffet hot breakfast was good and continental choice too. Swimming pool was a little chilly but nice to have the option available , changing rooms were adequate.|Cleaner in the room wasn’t that great , tea and coffee not replenished and we had to request for our room to be hoovered 2 days running before it was done think the cleaner needs retraining also used cups not washed .

This was an excellent hotel, great location, very close to Canterbury East station. Staff very happy, professional and so very helpful. Good comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, lovely bar/sitting room, superb courtyard and great pool. Thank you all, my cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back. Thank you all very much.

Lovely great value small hotel with excellent location to go into central Canterbury, on arriving we were greeted by a very nice attentive man with a beard who was so helpful with a great welcome.
We have a double deluxe room which is nicely decorated , clean and a great comfy large bed, good size bathroom with a bath and over shower but no blind on bathroom window ?. The hotel has an indoor heated pool which could do with being warmer as was chilly , I did point this out after swimming with another male member of staff but was told it was 29 degrees which it was definitely not. Car parking is a bit tight so don’t bring a big car but great to have parking available.
Breakfast is tasty but a bit too busy and hard to keep up with demand but the staff are great . If visiting Canterbury please look up this hotel it’s a little Gem

Good value B&B rates. Excellent location for the city centre. Basic accommodation but clean & comfortable. Very helpful Manager. Only one comment to offer - please could the cooked breakfast items be kept hot. Cold scrambled eggs are definitely not a favourite! Also lack of marmalade but we were told this was an ordering placement issue.
