Popped in for some lunch yesterday and the service was amazing. The bartender/server made us feel very welcome and went over and above to make the experience the best he could for us. Would highly recommend this spot!

Gorgeous pub with the most incredible original structures of its time as a pharmacy. Filled with wonderful friendly folk, especially Steph, who went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay when we arrived to camp and realised our tent was ruined. Would highly recommend!

Spent 3 days in Aberfoyle cycling. Wandered in on day one for a pint and was immediately made to feel welcome, like a local. Over the next 3 days we were treated exceptionally well by the 3 barstaff. Enjoyed a lovely Guinness each day, fish md chips or a chill burger. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back. Great pub, great staff.

Nice spot right on Main Street. We stopped for lunch and the staff was awesome despite how busy it was. Great place to grab lunch overall

Called in to this lovely little place in the morning as we weren't going to pay £15 for some toast and fruit at the hotel 😂 WOW what a great decision that was! Josh the gentleman serving us was absolutely fantastic, he made my partner "the best coffee she's ever had in her life" and I had a square sausage crispy bacon amd mushroom roll, which was delicious! The staff here a beyond friendly, helpful, kind and genuinely nice people! A true representation of the Scottish spirit

A lovely wee pub with the best service, food and pint of Menabrea I’ve had in a while.

Highly recommend, will definitely be revisiting again soon.

Joy, happiness, fulfilled - are all words that you would never need in a review about the attached take away chip shop.

I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at this fish and chips shop. Not only was it the most expensive chip shop I've ever visited, but it also offered the worst quality food. The chips were dry and hard, the portion size was meager, and to top it off, the sausage was overcooked and tasteless. This meal left me feeling deeply saddened and unsatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a decent fish and chips experience.

I felt robbed, but also ashamed that I had let myself be.
