We have stayed with Susan and Chris a few times now and wow, what a place. They are both so lovely, warm and kind and they make you feel right at home from the minute you get there. Susan goes out of her way to ensure you have the perfect stay. The rooms are lovely and feel like a home from home. The beds are very comfortable too!|The location is great, with a short walk to the train station into London. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

What can you say that has not been said. We are visiting the UK from Kokomo Indiana USA. Our 48th Wedding Anniversary was on March the 7th and we wanted somewhere special to go. Not knowing the area we found the Acers. What a find, probably the best Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed in. Sue and Chris are the perfect hosts,from the time we arrived to the time we left we were treated like family. We stayed in the Super King Suite which was great. The food was better than any 5 Star hotel. Thank You Sue and Chris for letting us stay with you. We arrived as guests and left as family. Hopefully we will be able to revisit the Acers at some time in the future. Mel and Jen

This b&b was one of the best we have stayed in in England! The bedroom was comfortable with en-suite facilities. The breakfast was particularly good and the hosts were very friendly. They even brought out a bottle of wine and we had a sensible discussion about a wide range of topics when we returned on the last evening. We will happily stay there again if we are in the area.

We had stayed at the Acers during the Summer months last year. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to return, this time in January. The place was just as warm, charming and welcoming, in spite of the cold weather outside. Susan and Chris are the perfect hosts and gave us plenty of good ideas for walks and visits in the area. There is so much to explore within a short drive from here. ||Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast cannot be bettered! Thank you very much for a most pleasant stay. We will be back.

Company booked me 2 weeks in this beautiful B&B in Henlow just around 15 mins from Biggleswade. The property is well presented with parking and a very warm welcome. Room and Facilities are spotless, the Garden provides a great place to relax and unwind. Breakfast is plentiful and of incredibly high quality with fresh fruit from the garden and/or sourced locally. If your fortunate there may even be some cake on offer which definitely goes down well in the afternoon with a cup of Tea. Whether on Business, Passing through or looking for a quiet rural break, I definitely give The Acers B&B 5 Stars and thank Susan for a lovely stay. It was difficult to remember I was actually at work and not on holiday.

We stayed 2 nights and wish it was longer. The room was spacious ( for England) and very comfortable. We appreciated a real shower, not a cubicle and all sparkling clean. Tea making in the room and a very generous breakfast. Henlow is a lovely village and excellent food at the pubs.

We stayed at The Acers this weekend for the first time but I don't think it will be the last. Sue and Chris offer an outstanding service, first class facilities and a lovely homely welcome. Breakfast was brilliant. Great value for money. Thank you. See you again soon.

Having spent many years travelling the length and breadth of the country, spending time away from my family has become one of more unpleasant aspects of my work. However, I really landed on my feet with Sue and Chris; they are the perfect hosts, the house is immaculate and the breakfast is of legendary status. I spent an enjoyable 5 months in their company and Acres was indeed a home away from home. I would throughly recommend Acers to anyone.
