I stayed here 24/05/2025. Nice clean hotel modern interior had tea, coffee, biscuits, mugs,spoons in room & some extras outside if needed. Toothbrush & toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner inside the room aswell for us if we needed it, bath towels & bath robes also in room. Was a quite place to stay considering the main road is a few doors down. ||Beds were comfortable we had the family room (room 1) (2 adults 3 kids), which is a king size bed, double sofa bed & a single bed, tv, wardrobe & chest of draws & wifi. Had to share a bathroom with the other guests but it's fine its not a problem sharing, that was very clean aswell. ||Owners are nice, friendly & welcoming gave me a parking permit to park & said i could take another one for the next day if i was going to be around most of the day which we was.||The parking is a bit of a struggle to get a space I had to drive round the streets & seafront quite a few times (any street in zone c we could park) before I managed to park as its on street parking. But Rachel & Jon left a list in the reception & the room of the streets you could park in. ||The beach & shops are a short walk. We got a just eat delivery of fish & chips to us for our dinner. ||The albany rooms was a very good price for the night & it was the only place that had a family room available for the date I needed. ||We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Rachel & Jon for a pleasant comfortable stay.

We have been treated very well by the host - Jon. A few hours after we booked we got sad news from home and had to abort our holiday. Jon and the Albany Rooms have been very kind in allowing us to cancel the booking without additional costs. We hope to be back in better circumstances. Thank you Jon!

We booked to see a band at the De La Warr Pavillion. Arrived in Bexhill quite early, but our room was ready, so that was a bonus. Jon and Rachel were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, etc. The B&B is literally a few minutes' walk from the Pavillion/beach/restaurants/shops. Scratch off parking permits are provided, and we were lucky to find a space outside the house. We didn't opt for their breakfast venue but found a brilliant one just round the corner. All very convenient and relaxing. We were in Room 4 on the second floor, which was quite spacious and a lovely comfortable bed, which is the most important thing! We would definitely recommend.

Great overall experience!! Rooms have been refurbed and hosts couldn’t do enough for us!! Will definitely stay again!! Would probably give a 4.5 as there are a couple of small bits that need completing, but definitely wouldn’t drop to a 4! |Highly reviewed for business and families, we were down for a family celebration.

King room, garden view! You are in the top floor, so you get to see and hear everyone's gardens.||Nice welcoming reception, homely rooms, lovely touch with the toothbrushes, toothpaste, facecloths, and shower gels in the bathroom. Nice biscuits for the tea and coffee too. I did like the extra supplies on the landing incase any extra was needed. |Good location next to the promenade, however parking is very hit and miss. Good to have the parking permit, but you need to have a space to park first and unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed.|I did not take advantage of the breakfast opportunities at the local restaurant as there were many local cafes around the corner offering similar food.|My room was nice and clean, there was some damage to the door, and the key lock was a bit fiddly, but I got it in the end. The plug sockets had USB / C and each bedside table had a phone charger, very useful.|There was no Iron or ironing board, however if you needed one, I'm sure you just had to ask.|Unfortunately, because it was quite warm when I was there I left my windows open all night you do have to put up with the noise from the seagulls, but unfortunately also the neighbours yappy dogs, this seemed to be an almost constant annoying sound from about 6 am onwards.

Great room, and Jon and Rachel are very nice people. Parking is included, very close to the seafront. Everything you need is close by. We Lloyd’s our two-night stay here.

Very happy. I only stayed the one night but no complaints whatsoever. My room had everything you could need. The hosts/owners Rachel & Jon just couldn't do enough for you..... incredibly accommodating.
Thank you and see you again sometime in the next few months.
