Love this Hotel on every level. Rooms are wonderful… bed.. is wow!
Service is friendly and great.
The restaurant food is very nice. I had Megan as my server and she was absolutely lovely and pleasant.

I loved this hotel, despite the AC ( there was a heat wave when we visited). Windows were able to be open for a nice breeze though! We loved the location, but next time I would stay more central Edinburgh so we could be close to shopping. The castle was about a 20 minute walk away, all uphill so please take note if you are not able to do so. The breakfast and coffee were fantastic in the hotel. We did not try the food for dinner, but the menu looked amazing. The room was a typical European room and is small, but we made it work. I loved the bed and found it extremely soft that I sunk into it, but my husband could not sleep since it was so soft. I would recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights and the room was spacious and comfortable. Great location too. The staff were wonderful upon check-in and made me feel right at home. We popped down for a couple of drinks one evening and the cocktails were amazing. Great Hotel.

We spent three nights in Edinburgh before heading up to the Highlands and Hebrides. Angel's Share was a wonderful find! We easily took a bus from the airport to the hotel and then left via Waverley Train Station. The hotel was conveniently situated to both. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant served delicious meals and drinks. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this treasure.

We came for a late lunch, and as it was Good Friday I wanted to ensure the lunch menu was available, as I wanted a starter and main on that menu, I called during the week to confirm, and was assured it was. On arrival, we we greeted warmly, and provided with the dinner menu. After discussion of my call and confirmation that the lunch menu was available until 5pm, we were able to order from the lunch menu. The prawn starter is amazing - we don't know why its not available on the dinner menu. Absolutely delicious. I had the smoked haddock, which was lovely, but very small pieces of fish. My husband had the pork schnitzel, which was also lovely, but there was no egg in his egg and potato warm salad!? The service was excellent, friendly but professional, and the local lager fantastic. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit, with the starter and the service the highlights.

Booked this as my sister and I were attending a concert at Murrayfield. We booked pretty late in the day and paid around £300 for 1 twin room only. |The hotel is within a bar & restaurant and had a gorgeous kerb appeal. Friendly staff checked us in earlier than expected which was a treat. |I don't think the room was worth what we paid but I appreciate it was probably more expensive due to the concert and it's in Edinburgh. |The room was clean and well appointed. Fridge which was stocked, complimentary water, fresh coffee and some amazing Tunnock's Tea Cakes (nice touch)! The room had an iron and ironing board, safe, hair dryer & dressing gowns! |The only negative was there were no plugs near the mirror to allow you to dry or style your hair whilst at the mirror. The nearest plug was beside the bed and the cable was too short to reach the mirror. |Shower was over the bath and there was a bath mat provided to avoid any slippages! The shower was much more powerful than I expected so felt super fresh after it. Plenty of fresh towels. |I am a bit of stickler when it comes to windows and the external windows were filthy, I do appreciate it is almost on the busy Princess Street and we were on the 3rd floor but I really hate dirty windows! (of course this didn't affect our stay just an observation of mine).

My Fiancé and I had our Engagement party within the Angels Share/Devils Cut venue on Saturday and it was a very special night, made even more memorable by the wonderful staff and stunning venue.
We couldnt fault the staff on their service, they were in communication weeks before the event to help plan every detail and on the night did everything to make sure it was smooth sailing for the whole event.
So many of our friends and family complimented the venue choice and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a special event.
Thank you again to them for the wonderful night and the memories <3

A beautiful little hotel in the Centre of Edinburgh with really nice rooms and a nice bar. It’s in a quiet corner north east of Edinburgh Castle. The staff was amazing, service minded and kind. The breakfast was good! Close to busses and trams that can get you wherever you want to go.
