I booked the Annexe's recently for my daughter's surprise 30th birthday party on Saturday 13th January at the apple tree gosfield and this was the ideal place for them to stay after the party. I went over and looked at the annex inside and it was lovely 😊 the owners kept intouch with me from start of booking until end of stay. We would definitely recommend coming to stay at the Annexe's and also there is a beautiful lake to look out too and a playground for people with children. Thank you so much 😍

Fantastic stay and exceed expectations! Stayed here for a wedding at Gosfield hall which was a 10 minute walk across the field. Carl and Joan were so friendly and welcoming. Room was bigger than expected, nice comfortable bed, small sofa, spa bath and a little porch with furniture so you can enjoy the views. Above and beyond with water and milk in fridge and a selection of mini Kellogg's cereal's for breakfast. Picturesque views and a lovely cafe on the lake and a great pub 10 minutes up the road. Wish we were staying longer! Photos are of the view from the porch.

We stayed in annex B with a lovely view of the lake for 2nights to attend a wedding at Gosfield hall. Nice walking distance so didn’t have to worry about taxis. Off season the annex was picturesque and quiet. It must be a tank for hot water as I used it all up enjoying the lovely bath! Extra heater for when it’s chilly, hair dryer, microwave and toaster. A great cosy stay all in all. Thank you 😊

Lovely stay at the annexe. The room was big and so was the bed, also very comfy and everything was very clean. We had a ceiling fan in the room that helped alot as it was the hottest day of the year. Lovely views by the lake and a walk through the field to Gosfield hall. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Thank you
