Great hotel in Bournemouth. Stayed one night in single room for a concert at BIC and would happily stay again. Super clean and fresh. Got a genuinely nice and friendly welcome. It was excellent value for money. Location is ideal - central but not noisy. Beautiful breakfast.

This is a superb Hotel. Great rooms, lovely lounge/dining area. All spotlessly clean and well presented. Very Quiet location and free parking outside - brilliant ! Breakfast, although an extra, is a lovely experience with table service too. Staff/Owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Will certainly return here and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and welcoming, very friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to the beach and town centre,Plenty of on site parking and very easy to get to. Would highly recommend. Will definitely book to stay again on our next visit.

I booked this establishment for its location and because it had an exceptionally high rating: sadly I dont think that was justified. My room on the ground floor had a 6 foot bed and a single: the "double" was far to soft and very lumpy. The bathroom, which was obviously added recently was tiny: one had to shut the door to access the toilet, but it had a large shower cubicle and the very powerful shower produced plent of hot water. The room looked as though it was recently refurbished and recarpeted. This is a family run B&B and service is helpful and friendly. Breakfast orders have to be made by 8pm the night before and the cost very is very reasonable. Coffee was excellent, but porridge was not!

Our visit was for one night as we were attending an event at the Pavillion. We arrived before check in time (2pm) after a journey up from Plymouth, we rang the bell and one of the staff members let us in, and checked us in. Our room was very comfortable and had been cleaned to a very high standard ( I am very fussy!). The staff at this hotel are a credit to it, really helpful and always smiling. We had breakfast it was freshly cooked and lovely. One little niggle was that the pillows were awful, but we mentioned it to the staff so that it could be sorted for the next guests. The hotel is in an ideal position, walkable into Bournemouth and the sea front with plenty of parking.

Stayed for 2 nights when visiting family. The hotel was very clean, beds were very comfortable, bunk beds were full size in our family room which was great for our tall 12 year old. Check in was a breeze, good security locks on main and room doors. Perfect location for beach and shops as well.

Excellent stay, staff very friendly and rooms are perfect and super clean. Hotel provides instructions if arriving past 9pm when the check in desk closes. The bathrooms are seperate from each rooms but theyre private (just for you) and not far from the room so you get used to it.

Minor issues but in my room (room 21) the plug socket on the left was dodgy so was on and off when trying to charge my phone and the cable antennae had fallen out the wall socket for the TV and wouldnt screw back in. Also the far back bed light wouldnt turn on (thinking a finished bulb?).
Hopefully these issues arent there for long as theyre quick fixes. Room otherwise was perfect!
