We had a fantastic experience with The Avenue Hotel. The customer service was excellent – every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful.

A special thank you goes to the team for the incredible support they gave my son during his work experience placement. The mentoring he received was outstanding – the staff went above and beyond to make sure he felt valued, learned practical skills, and grew in confidence. It was a positive and professional environment for him to develop in.

Highly recommend – not just for a comfortable stay, but for their commitment to helping young people in the community.

Just had my grandson's christening at The Avenue this weekend! What a wonderful day thanks to Dave his staff & the lovely venue itself. Perfect place for all our family and friends from around the country to meet in a bright & modern hotel. The food was excellent and very well presented all homemade so compliments to the chef. The place is spotless and plenty of places to sit and have a drink inside or out on the stunning terrace. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again for another occasion we might have.|Thank you again Dave for making it so special |Mary

We stayed for one night in a Suite, for a wedding nearby.|It is in a nice peaceful area with the security barrier giving peace of mind.|The staff were friendly and welcoming.|The hotel and room were clean|We opted to pay for an English Breakfast - this was advertised everywhere as £10.95 each, but when he put it through the till it was £11.95 each. The signage material needs changing for this. |The breakfast was quite nice but the mushrooms were overcooked. We enjoyed yhe rest of the breakfast.|For a 4* hotel, I think the following would be good additions as standard - |Feather pillows would be nice to have as an option - I brought my own for a good nights sleep.|A better selection of toiletries to include body lotion and shower cap, in addition to the shampoo and shower gel. Invest in the large containers rather than the small individual ones to be more eco friendly.|Bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition.|Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Avenue Hotel, and would stay again.|

The hotel is situated in a gated community surrounded by beautiful countryside and is in a great location for exploring the Ribble Valley. The function room at The Avenue was perfect for a 21st party. I stayed in the hotel for one night afterwards. The room was spotless and modern with good quality furniture and a well appointed modern bathroom. The continental breakfast was fine. All areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean and there is plenty of free parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with a friend when going to a wedding. Really nice well presented room and bathroom, bed was really comfy and all amenities were provided. All along with lovely service. Would definitely recommend to anyone whether it is for leisure business or anything else.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was very clean, with a good sized bathroom, with a good shower. nice bar area. It was very quiet, good secure parking. We didn't have the complimentary continental breakfast, but it looked fine. Assorted juices, make your own toast, cereal, meat & cheese and preserves. I would stop here again.

Great hotel in a lovely area, the room was superbly clean and airy. The staff were very helpful and nothing was any trouble for them. We would definitely book there again if staying in the area.

Stayed here with partner on her birthday before heading to a wedding. Service, staff, food all excellent! Some lovely little compliments to make our stay special. Rooms are comfortable and quiet with a good shower. Very welcoming, nice secure car park and a nice feel. Would certainly recommend!
