Good, clean room with small shower and toilet room. Delicious breakfast although no porridge on offer, however was the best breakfast that I have had for 36 years. Comfortable bed. Friendly and professional staff. Would definitely stay again. But restaurant was full when we booked so ate two doors away, which we prebooked on-line. On arrival that was full too, so booking your evening meal ahead is a must.

We were very far from satisfied. The tuna meal was just plain tuna from a can with cold potatoes—a meal worth £2, charged at nearly £20. The fish and chips were fine. The soup was a 2 out of 5 at best. The focaccia served as a side to the soup and tuna was just burned bread.

Service was terrible. The order of the meals was completely wrong—first came the main course, then the soup. When we needed to box up the uneaten food, we had to do it ourselves. They just handed us a box with no fork, so we had to use our hands at first. After 30 seconds, someone (maybe the manager) finally brought us a fork.

To top it off, the bill included a 10% service charge. When we asked about it, the first and second waiters just turned red and said nothing. The third one finally told us it was a service tip. We refused to pay the bill until they removed that charge.

We spend three nights here during our Scotland hiking holiday. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and spacious and the shower tidy.
The breakfast menu offers a good choice of meals. We couldn't have breakfast on the last morning because we had to catch a train and the were nice enough to make us something to go.
Highly recommend. Great beer garden as well.

We came here on a vacation and only planned on storing our bags. We decided to eat after handing over our luggage, the food was delicious! The owner is so nice he is so friendly. We went hiking and had some troubles with our tent and came back early to get our luggage, He lets us sit and charge our phones up and gave us waters and chatted with us! If I’m ever back in Scotland will 100% stay and eat here!! Highly recommend😊

Absolutely fantastic very busy
Still sat us down with my puppy dogs allowed in bonus.

Very patient couldn't do enough I have colitis chrones disease and they
made my order to suit me and wasnt looked st any differently loved the menu.

Good prices to wonderful atmosphere always busy

This is central to aviemore, with parking. Adequate rooms, reasonable price, Good full.scottish breakfast.

When they said it is best to book a time for an evening meal, I thought it was a bit of a ploy, but know ut was very busy and I wouldn't have got a table if I had left it to the evening. The food was well cooked and presented and a reasonle price. Probably why it was full. It was very busy and noisy, although this didn't transit to the bedrooms. Had a reasonable night's sleep.

Great lunch! Good sized portions and fantastic service. We were really looked after and enjoyed chatting with the staff, who were really friendly and loved dogs. Will revisit again when I’m back in Aviemore.

Are here three nights. Very varied and interesting menu for pub grub with good food. Prices around average.

Kids menu was ok and could be more imaginative or merely cut down adult portions. Will return
