What I understood during my first visit to this spa complex. First, I probably should have gone to the gym, then to the pool, and then to the massage. But I went to the pool and I felt cool in this small place and the water in the pool was cool. I warmed up in the saunas and steam rooms, which were great. I also liked the small bubbling pool, but many people claimed it because it was the only one that worked, the second was closed. Oh, yeah, what massage you ask?! And you should always do a massage if you have such an opportunity, it is necessary for the body and very important. I recommend first a massage with bamboo sticks, and then a facial massage and a relaxing massage with hot stones, and go home to sleep 😜 And your body will thank you very much!!! I recommend! 💋❤️💋

The swimming pool here is great, there are sauna and steam rooms in the pool area too. Two jacuzzis are also at the side of the swimming pool area. If you take a towel onto poolside, there is a storage area where you can leave your towel. The gym has a range of quality fitness equipment and there are also two studios where group classes are taught. A range of spa treatments are available here and there is a hair salon too. Changing rooms and showers are clean.

I made a booking for the spa for a massage and first impression on arrival is that there’s a good amount of parking space available, I mention this because it’s probably the best highlight of the experience. I explained to the girl on reception that I’m booking in the spa for a massage and commented that I hadn’t brought my own towels or robes and that I would have to hire them. It took me a moment to dIgest this and I explained again that I’m booked in the spa only, she was quite rude and insisted I needed to hire towels and a robe for not bringing my own. I asked why I needed any of this for a massage and she then dismissed me and said if I didn’t want it I could go up to the spa. All very confusing.
I explained to the girl on the spa reception that I had a 11;45 appointment and she said it was for 12:00. I check a couple of times and she was adamant that my booking was for 12. I thought maybe I made an error. However checking my email I was right, she then explained they left me a voicemail changing the time until I told her I don’t have voicemail. Miraculously they had a cancellation and could see me at 11:30 11:45 or 12:00.
Waiting in the relaxation room was very uncomfortable. Worn out loungers with flat cushions, not very relaxing. The same girl I had spoken to earlier called me through for my massage and all was very uncomfortable. She clearly wasn’t happy I pulled her up on the time issue and the false politeness felt awkward. The massage itself was actually quite good however, what’s the point if the experience causes more stress than relaxation. The end of the message was followed by the mandrakes blurb, which is exactly what I was greeted with on arrival.
Overall, they’re more interested in sales. I’ll never return and would recommend avoiding this terrible venue.

Wouldn't class this as a spa day. Just a leisure centre with a treatment room. The massages we received were quite aggressive and left us both quite sore. My friend didn't get the treatment she asked for and was told that the masseuse knew best. It was very busy with one jacuzzi not working so there was a queue for the one working. The pool was heaving with an exercise class and then full of families and children so you couldn't swim. There is only 2 loungers so you can't relax. And you have to pay £8 for towel and flip flops.... overall not a great experience, we won't be returning.

Booked spa day for the wife’s birthday. The massage was nice but only 25mins (for £90 for 2 treatments you would expect a little longer)

We were also charged £15 for towels and dressing gowns which you would expect as part of the deal!
(What will you charge for next the bubbles in the jacuzzi)

Bad experience from start to finish. No way should be a spa difficult to find. staff are training could not fulfill our treatments or give alternative lost our spa day treat no-one wants to take liability no refund given or alternative day spent £268.00

Me and my partner went we both really enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone, what a relaxing day! Massage was lovely and Everyone made us feel very welcome, pool was really clean and warm, jacuziie also clean. Definatly going to return very soon.

Absolutely brilliant day me and my friend had here. Staff is brilliant specially lady works in cafe was so polite, helpful, approachable and welcoming, overall all staff was very very nice. We had brilliant treatments at the spa. Lovely ladies. Spotless pool area and very welcoming environment. We are definately going back there again. Thank you people for looking after us on sunday after a hectic valentines day in our flower shop...just what we expected on the day.... One HAPPY customer 🤗💖
