Great experience! Different than other spas. If you haven’t been to a Russian bathhouse before make sure you ask them to take you through the rules and traditions so you are respectful of other guests. We didn’t know it’s only two people in the cold baths, some folks didn’t know when their service for the leaf treatment was, can you talk or not in the spa. Overall had a great time just different than other western spas. It is a unique treat!

Well-made Russian banya with fantastic heat. Set up is small but well kept and organised. I liked the table reservation system. I was not thrilled about patrons as no surprise, most are Russian speakers with endless chatting inside sauna chamber. Price tag or location doesn't buy class, still was provincial USSR nostalgia trip for London rate. I revert back to friendly barrels but love to visit on quiet ? day.

Very relaxing and unique experience at the Bathhouse. Enjoyed alternating between the sauna, cold water bucket showers and cold plunge. Clean and comfortable facilities. Did not get a treatment but would plan to add one next time. Excellent food in the lounge which can be enjoyed in between steam and cold plunge sessions. I especially recommend the Kvas drink! Walked out feeling 100x more relaxed versus when I had arrived. Plan to spend a few hours here to enjoy the experience. Polite and friendly staff add to the relaxing and premium experience.

This was very lovely, a different kind of spa experience to what we're used to.

Essentially it's a large sauna that you keep returning to and then cool off in a plunge pool, shower or a bucket can be dropped on you.

From the sauna you go to your table in the bar/restaurant where you can order drinks and food. The bartender is very friendly and explains everything to you very clearly.

Then any treatments or rituals you have booked are taken at intervals throughout your time there. They can also be booked on the day off they have availability.

I recommend the classic massage and the soap massage, they were both very good and the therapists were very good also.

The massage requires you to be undressed but they do have paper underwear if needed.

The place is AMAZING!

Girl was always cleaning water and we felt very safe and not slippery at all.
It was my Birthday and I received honey cake to from guys In restaurant- that’s very sweet and I really appreciate it.
Will be great to have crayfish also- very traditional. And please change meat pyrozhki- they are not so good and very small for price of £3.50.
We are not from London but definitely recommend.

Beautiful premises, nice banya but sadly seems overall mismanaged - not enough therapists on the day to service the booked demand resulting in very long waiting times for 15-30min treatments, stretching total time beyond the one indicated on the booking (1,5hrs plus total delay should I have had the patience to wait for the last treatment). Also kept opening the door in the lounge area so one could hear cars and buses roaring nearby - not very relaxing or tranquil!

This is an absolutely amazing place to relax and pamper yourself. The staff were nice and helpful. I was impressed at how clean and neat the whole place looked - I’m a bit germaphobic but I wasn’t worried at all. The classic massage was really effective, and the food and drinks were delicious and not too expensive. For any Chinese ladies reading this, I’d recommend bringing a swimsuit!

A wonderful bathhouse and friendly staff. I had a great time with my friends. I especially liked steaming and massage. Feeling as if born again. I recommend it to everyone
